I read the reviews so I knew to arrive later than 3:00pm check in time. I arrived at 4:15pm and they told me that the 3rd floor hasn't been touched. He told me to check back at 5:30pm. Mind you I have 2 kids (4,9). I came back at 5:30pm and the room I booked was not available. I booked one with a balcony and he told me that there were no available rooms as they had already been given out. But he couldn't refund me. So he got us into another room and it was dirty. The toilet looked like a bomb went off in it and we had to have the maid come back. The floor wasn't vacuumed and who knows if the sheets were actually clean. The front desk guy was not very nice. He did give us a late check out of 1:30pm but didn't note it in our file so the maid walked in on us and then we got a call from the front desk. Worst place to stay. The breakfast is free for a reason. Don't stay here. Worst service and cleanliness ever. Especially for the price I paid for the room. Also, of course there was no manager available. Ridiculous!!

We waited an HOUR in line to check in at 830pm at night. By 930pmnwe finally got checked in and was given our keys. We walked to our room and the entire room was a pig sty! Blankets and towels all over the floor. Staff said room hadn't been cleaned yet because they were short staffed. Waited another 30 minutes and room still wasn't done. Called orbitz and got a refund. Front desk didn't seem concerned at all that we had to place to stay. Drove three hours back home in complete madness haha worst experience ever and a weekend ruined!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping forgot sheets for our pull out and after second call to front desk she personally brought them up. Plus she recommended an amazing restaurant to us

We arrived early at 1254 and the hotel checkin time is 1500. I decided to ask Kristin at the check in counter if we can check in early, which she replied "not yet, your room is not ready, and that we can check in at the check in time or she can call us if the room is available before then". That sounds fair, so we left to grab lunch and came back at 1433, and I dare to asked her again, her response was again "not yet", which is still appropriate because it was still not 1500/3pm. We sat in the lobby until 1503 and she again said, your room has not been cleaned, yet. Alright Kristin, it's 1503. If we didn't asked you at 1254 then your excuse could be "I didn't know the guess is here waiting for their room, and put in a request to expedite the process", then I can totally understand. But your attitude was unacceptable. We asked her "when do you anticipate the room to be available and she said I don't know. We said but it's past 3pm, I really want to get checked in, and in an argumentative tone she said, I am sorry but your room is not ready, what do you want me to do?" So all in all, the hotel was nice and clean, not too bad for a 3 star hotel, but customer service can be hit or miss. I already know I will never come back here again. I had never stayed at any hotel less than 4 stars but there are no Four Seasons, The Ritz, Bellagio or anything like that in Seaside so I settled for this and I am an unhappy customer.

It was a nice stay with a great view. Right next to downtown seaside.

Pool very small jacuzzi very small Very disappointed

Room was duty I have stayed the weekend before at the one located in Bend and that was great room and service

This hotel is well located for a stay in Seaside. Close to beach and other activities. Excellent Breakfast.

The vacation was great! The Price was a little high, and the free breakfast was free for a reason! But overall it was lots of fun!

Great place to stay. Clean, good location, comfortable and good price.

The jacuzzi was broken. This is why we chose this hotel. The staff was unapologetic s if to say, oh well.

Every thing was great, other than the hotel is under construction and wasent told that. So hot tub was not available and pool area was too cold to swim. So that was a disappointment.

We've stayed here several times over the past four years and it is always a worthwhile experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, centrally located yet quiet, and the breakfasts are a real bonus. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Seaside.

Really enjoy our stay. The staff was great, like that the gym, pool laundry facilities are open 24hrs, little small areas but work. Rooms were clean & big and took advantage of the breakfast. Over all that a great stay.

Although not on the beach, its not a far walk at all. Very close to the main drag. Ample parking and nice room. Would stay again.

Hotel was pre-paid for.... As most hotels do, there was a hold placed on my card for incidentals... Or so I thought. The staff member that checked us in charged my card the full price of another entire room! Upon entry to the room, the maids had not taken out the trash from the previous guests, and the bathroom had mold, peeling wallpaper, and no shower curtain. The bed skirts were completely wrinkled, floor not vacuumed, and the privacy curtain did not close. We called the front desk and they moved us to an executive suite... No problems with the new room. Most things to do in Seaside are withing walking distance of the hotel... Pool and hot tub are available 24 hours a day. Parking lot does not offer very many spots. Keep in mind if planning a trip to Seaside, many restaurants are not open on Sundays... The ones that are were packed! In the morning, there was yet another bill that had been slid under the door of our new room. There was a definite lack of communication between the staff! At checkout, I had to call my bank to have the hotel release my funds due to their error! Nobody on vacation wants an extra $180 missing from their account!

Needed a cheap place to stay the night in Seaside that wasn't a hole. Clean, and centrally located it served its function well.

We needed a weekend getaway and Holiday Inn came to the rescue. The ground floor pet friendly room was nice because I could go out the sliding glass door to walk the dog. Over all, I liked it and I would stay here again.

I was happy in my stay at this hotel. The river view was beautiful. There is a boat rental place next door and it is very accessible from highway 101.

Quiet, clean, and walkable to just about everything.
