Breakfast was not acceptable. Our pillows were not comfortable. All else was great. Strange clerk when checking in.

Front desk staff were a bit rough around the edges. Room was OK. If you are looking for a place to rest and a decent free breakfast this will fit the bill.

Facility was clean and the pool and jacuzzi were just what we needed after a cold wet day of exploring on the coast.

this hotel was very nice with great accommodations. we chose this location for its convenience to both the north and south sea ports. we enjoyed our stay.

Good breakfast and comfortable room, parking tight in front but more in back

We needed a place to stay for one night on our way home to Washington after dropping off Boy Scouts at a camp south of Garibaldi. Garibaldi House had fabulous amenities and was an easy drive from Tillamook, where most of our touristy curiosity was directed. The hotel had everything we needed: comfortable room, indoor pool and spa, workout area, free wi-fi, evening happy hour snacks, fabulous breakfast buffet. It just needed a little TLC. Many of the linens were threadbare (washcloths with holes, pool towels with fraying selvages...but they were clean, which is the important part). The pool and spa looked a little dingy and the spa needs re-plastered in a big way. The room and common areas were a little dusty; not bad, but certainly not something I can give a perfect rating. We would stay there again. The convenient location and friendly staff are more important to me than the minor housekeeping issues.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing and really take the time to make you feel at home. Amazing service, beyond any other hotel I have stayed at in a while. Very clean rooms and the whole place is a 5 star. The breakfast is the best, a wide selection of great food. I would recommend that anyone stay here, you will not be disapointed.

Staff was friendly and helpful, clean roooms, good breakfast.

Ranks as a base motel with breakfast. Thin walls, heard every toilet flush all night. Staff disinterested. No top sheet , only hot duvet. I would not stay here again ever.

My husband and I needed one more night on the coast and the Garibaldi House was a nice choice. It is right on the north/south road so we found it easily. The room was non-descript but comfortable. The people who checked us in and helped us with breakfast were friendly and helpful. I thought it was a good value.

We opted for this inn after reading all of the great reviews. It's cozy and comfortable for the one night since there are not a lot of options available. It has all the basic comforts for a one night getaway. I would have to say that it seems a little outdated. Our room had wallpaper lining that didnt finish across the room. The electrical outlets were bare with no covers and there were stains on the carpet. I dont mind old, but details matter. Friendly staff.

I travel a lot on business and it is always nice to find a hotel that goes the extra mile. The hotel staff were very cheerful and accomodating. The ambiance has a B&B flavor to it, with cheese from the Cheese Factory and sausage from the Country Smoker in the lobby in the evening, animal cookies available all day. My room was absolutely spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with micro, coffeemaker and small fridge. Bed and pillows very comfortable. I will return again whenever I have business in the Tillamook area!

We were surprised at the high quality of this inn as compared to other 2 star places... The room did not have air conditioning working, and the carpet needed to be cleaned, the printer to the workstation in the lobby did not work either.but otherwise there were wonderful amenities, (the boxed lunches we ordered for our trainride to the fire works were quick and handy). The shower was wonderful, the mattresses were very new and comfortable. We would stay here again. The staff was great. Our July the 4th evening with the train from Garibaldi to Rockaway and back was fantastic, and we slept wonderfully, moonlight view over the bay and all.

From the lobby to the room to the staff, we were so pleased! The lobby is so warm and inviting with leather couches and a fire in the fireplace. The staff was so helpful and kind. Our room was on the third floor and so spacious and clean. The kids swam in the pool and it was clean and comfortable for my husband and myself to sit by the pool while the kids swam. I can't wait to stay here again and will definitely stay longer than one night!!!

Munchies in the afternoon and big breakfast spread in the morning! A movie-style popcorn machine! Cozy lobby. Everything super spotless. Very quiet even tho located on the highway. Antique stores near by. Nicer and more homey a place than the exterior implies.

This was just an overnight stay while on a road trip so we didn't spend a lot of time here. What I can say is the staff were all very nice, helpful when asked questions, and gave suggestions. The hotel was clean and comfortable and provided a nice breakfast. We stayed at quite a few hotels on our two week trip, this was one of the best. While not in a resort town full of restaurants, it was great for a one night stay.

nothing to do water bad

enjoyed the stay but were only there for one night

Arrived..employees complaining about having to work that day and next day....not enough positive customer service. When checking out no one was available. Sign on counter saying they would return in a few minutes. Housekeeper saw us standing their and checked us out complaining that she did not know where the lady was and that she makes to much mess on desk. Will not return.

The room was nice and clean towels and bedding a also had coffee and tea in the room great

Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on having the cleanest facility on the coast, so I am disappointed that you were even the least bit dissatisfied. During the peak season, when we sell out every night, it is challenging to keep up with our common area checklists which require dusting 3 times per day. Since the automatic doors are constantly opening to the constant coastal breeze as people come and go during the peak season, we understand how often this needs to be done. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
