Beachfront Manor Hotel

Had a great time in our private hot tub suite. Sitting in the tub facing the ocean is so relaxing! The fireplace was also a nice feature, though only controlled by the thermostat that was a bit finicky. Wifi was prettt non-existent otherwise I would have given 5 stars!

I booked the “Romantic Room” with the hot tub. Upon arrival, it was a little confusing to figure out how to check in. The hotel is up a ramp but you check in at the hotel on the bottom of the ramp. My room was on the 6th floor. I had a GORGEOUS view of the ocean and a clean and wonderful hot tub yo soak in and watch the snow fall. The room was clean and cozy. The bed could’ve been a little softer but I slept. I would recommend they update the beds and provide a thicker comforter for these winter nights. Also I would switch out the curtains with blinds that can cut out the light from the stairway. If you are sensitive to light, bring a sleep mask. Other than those few things, I enjoyed my stay very much and look forward to going back.

We’ve stayed at On The Beach Front properties many times, and our main purpose for staying at this property is the beach front spa tub on the balcony. We booked two nights, and on the second evening, for no apparent reason, the spa tub began draining. As a result, about a foot of water drained out, and made the spa tub not useable for the remainder of our stay. We did call the property office, but we’re told there was no one available to take a look at it, and no compensation was offered. (On a side note, the tv remote did not work, and the sink drained so slowly that we had to remove the plug completely to keep it from overflowing.)

The room was really nice and spacious. Loved the gas fireplace and the view of the ocean. The hot tub on the balcony was lovely and the perfect size for two people. The only complaint is that the lock on the sliding glass door to the balcony was faulty, and locked after we closed the door. Thankfully we were able to get someone walking on the beach below to get help from management, who was able to cut the security chain on the hotel door and let us back into the room. If this had happened later in the evening it would have been a really bad situation, as the beach was completely deserted after it got dark the previous evening. It would have been a very long night of sitting in a hot tub to prevent from freezing to death!

Rooms are right by the ocean, some rooms don’t have views (Ours) but regardless they were clean! Very cozy rooms as well!

Friendly efficient check-in, every other staff member ive come across has also been friendly, room was spotless, great location right on the beach, would definitely recommend.

I liked how the property had all the amenities I could ask for and even though the room was small, it felt cozy and the bed was very comfortable, the staff was polite and the place was really clean. I would come back again! :)

The facilities were under some constructuon and some of the carpet was pulling up in the room. But the laction was great and it was

We really like this place-the room we try to get. Peacefull and relaxing. Exactly, what we are looking for. We are fortunate enough to be able to go during the week when there are fewer people. It is sooo rewarding. Thank you!

Excellent stay and perfect place for your honeymoon. We had rose petals, champagne and chocolates in our room. We had a room with a hot tub and it was wonderful.

This was a Valentine's Day gift to my husband. We had a perfect stay. We will definitely be coming back. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, and comfortable. Our private balcony had a hot tub perfect size and temperature for two people. Our view was breath taking. My one only complaint is the stain on the dresser. Also the pizza place right in front of hotel makes in my opinion, the best pizza, and they deliver:-) in case you've had too much to drink.

Upon arrival I had to go to an adjacent hotel to check in, who was friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and pleasant. OK if you only needed a bed and shower. Not much other room. The more expensive ocean view rooms seemed far more roomy. The only coffee was from the brewer provided. There was a soda vending machine. Our "partial ocean view" was limited to outside our door and looking over the roof of another hotel. Access to any full view required going to the beach itself. We were the only couple above 50 and found it difficult to walk to the beach using the long stairway with my bad legs. There were stairs required to go anywhere in the building. Was trying to reach the front desk (in the adjacent hotel) and after 3 tries on the phone, went looking for an attendant. The staff was willing to assist just not handy. While the younger couples seemed to manage fine, I probably will not return.
