The "hot cook to order" breakfast was not as I expected. It was an order from five choices, microwaved, and bagged, to be ready at the time specified the night before. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The fitness room has one peleton and one treadmill.

Pool was closed and breakfast was unavailable to my kids. Blamed it on it being registered through 3rd party and only having a party of two listed. Wasn’t really that big of a deal when I saw the actual breakfast was basically gas station sandwiches thrown in brown paper bags. Entire hotel smells like ass. Bed was super lumpy and I woke up with a back ache. Room was under constructions. No baseboards and carpet edges looked nasty. Bathroom floor was covered in soapy film so when my daughter got out of tub it was slippery and she fell and hit her head. Tub did not have a plug so it’s really only a shower. Chose hotel because it looked nice from the road, had a pool and offered breakfast. Left very disappointed and felt over charged.

I understand all that is going on with Covid-19 and that requires some adjustment on my end along with the companies. However, over the 3 days we stayed there, our towels were never replaced (or even offered to be replaced), garbages never disposed of (those who have kids know these can fill up quickly) and though we kept our masks on, the front staff were repeatedly caught without theirs and were extremely rude to those who walked by without theirs. Given the chance to stay here again, I’d pass. It was an awful experience. We were told the pool would be open (the week we stayed there I called prior to arrival and was told that) and it wasn’t. There were sticky notes left on the walls from either the previous people in it or the employees. The walls were super thin and could hear everything to our sides and above us. The elevator needs some attention. Super slow.

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant. We were asked to wear mask which isn’t a big deal.

Only issue was that the room needed a second mirror located outside the bathroom.

Very nice, pleasant room pleasant check in - no complaint

All was good with the accommodations and staff. Beds were very comfortable and location was quiet.

Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff. We stayed here one night while attending a wedding nearby.

good stay, real nice rooms and great staff. close to stores incase of emergency supply needs.

I felt dirty staying at this hotel. Beds, horrible. "Breakfast"...comparable to the food my child makes in her easy bake oven. We did did enjoy our stay.

The Ashley Inn works perfectly for a business trip. Check-in went smoothly. The clock in the room was impossible to set to the correct time so I guess that is why it was in the nightstand drawer. The breakfast was less than satisfactory as they have changed the usual buffet to menus. This change was supposed to ensure that you get a "cooked-to-order meal. There was a choice of six entrees and none of them sounded appetizing. The burrito I received was not good and half of it was tossed in the garbage. I think the Ashley Inn needs to return to the breakfast buffet so a person can select what they want to eat.

Pleasantly surprise! ❤️ The deco very tastefully done . Great breakfast ... simple yet healthy . Live the court yard and the spaciousness of the room . Very friendly staffs. Wish I can stay longer . I travel a lot since I work for a CarrerstaffRx. Wish there are more hotel like this quality and standard .

Thanksgiving week! In the past we stayed at the Shilo Inn but decided to try a new place, I wish we hadn't! For starters the staff was very sloppy looking nothing professional at all! Obviously no dress code! When we got to our room, the keys wouldn't work, had to go back downstairs to the front desk to get new keys. Rooms were very smelly like mold and not very clean at all. Breakfast was only served from 6:30-9 on a holiday week - so I rushed downstairs at 8:55 to find the door already closed. Went to the from desk to find out why they closed early and they said her clock was off..... So she opened the door for me and all the food was already put away, she brought out the leftover food on a tray, I wish I would have just passed all together, there was no eggs or potatoes, 2 biscuits left that were hard as a rock, gravy tasted like flour water and there was no fruit! Overall rating 0!! The pool and Jacuzzi were really low on water and the entire area was slanted, very unsafe.

We're sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. Thank you for bringing these things to our attention so we can address these issues. We are supposed to let guests know to contact the front desk when they need fresh towels or garbage disposed of and I apologize that you weren't told that at check-in. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback so we can address these things.
