Disappointing Experience – Would Not RecommendWe were really looking forward to our family vacation, but unfortunately, our stay at this home left much to be desired. Upon our arrival, we experienced a frustrating delay in accessing the property because the home had not been cleaned after the previous guests’ departure. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing we expected.Once we were finally allowed in, things only got worse. The beds had no sheets, and the existing bedding—including pillowcases—was soiled, stained, and completely unfit for use. We had no choice but to go out and purchase all new bedding for all four rooms, which was not only inconvenient but an unexpected expense for all of us.We reached out to the owner on August 6, 2025, requesting a reimbursement for the cleaning fee, and as of today, we have received no response. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly disappointing.The only redeeming quality of this stay was the location of the home. Sadly, that alone wasn’t enough to make up for the poor condition of the property and the owner's lack of responsiveness. We would not stay here again or recommend this home to others
