i booked through a booking service ( orbitz) they advertize the unit as having two queen beds in the bedroom. they turned out to have a king in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. when contacted they said the two queen beds was a request and didn't have to be honored

The unit I stayed in #631 was perfect for my stay and what I needed. The lady across from me was a permanent resident and very friendly. The building itself is in desperate need of some upkeep such as paint and just the overall cosmetic look. Last time I stayed was in 2003 when it was new so hard to compare.
Positive: we could bring our dog. Negative: poorly cleaned. Never saw housekeeping and had to call the desk and ask for towels twice to get a set.
Parking should have been in the building and elevators are slow but overall a nice place
Nice facility would stay again pools nice. Good space social distancing

Everything was great and clean and worked properly. Property is slightly dated but has been kept up very well.
Has indoor and outdoor pool. Small fitness center and cafe all on site. The rooms and exterior are showing some wear and will be needing some refreshing soon. Enjoyed the large bathrooms.
Basic accommodation. Bed was comfortable. Couch was a saggy. No desk to work on.

This property is ocean front that’s the only good thing. It’s not clean. We stayed 6 days and no one changed our bedsheets . They only give fresh towels everyday. I don’t go back that place again
On the website check in is mentioned at 3:00 pm and the room was ready at 5pm
Big property with lots to do. Rooms are clean. Bed are comfortable
Attentive staff, y quiet location. Semi-handicapped accessible. Clean rooms, but dark breezeways.. Some staff leave butts y bags of dirty laundry at ends of hallways. Parking ample in garage, but extremely tightfitting spaces, for the majority of families coming with bigger vehicles. Good staff security patrolling. 2 lazy rivers; but need jets put into side walls, instead of tileing them into the river floors, where broken tiling cut a boys foot. Good grills, but same pricing y service as elsewhere.
