Felt very uncomfortable, not secure. Place smelled like marijuana. Cheap and got what I paid for.

Had to switch rooms because not all the rooms has microwaves or mini fridege. My son's milk spoiled. Clogged bath tube and clogged toilets, dirty tube (used flip flops while showering). Cracked windows and broken balcony doors.

The room was kept clean on a dayly basis. Well satisfied.

The elevator was broken and I was assigned a room on the seventh floor. Extremely inconvenient. The hotel is dirty.

It has a big sign that said "Hotel" on top of the building, however, not sure if that is correct or if it is a college dorm room. When you see that police car making visits regularly and they also have their "own" reserved parking space in the lot, it is not a good sign. Found out the hotel is also used as local college dorm. Upon a late night check-in, I was placed in a room on the second floor that had many wholes on the lower parts of the wall. The safe deposit box was not working, and the room looked like it wasn't ready as there were garbage bags inside the bathroom. The entire outside second floor had wholes on the lower part of the wall. I had to wait until noon the next day to switch to another room and better floor, which was the fifth and a bit better, however, the safe deposit box was still not working therefore, the hotel didn't charge me the extra for it. I stayed there for four days, and preferred not to have housekeeping do the room to avoid anything "missing" from my things since I didn't have safe deposit box working. Finally, only one elevator of the two worked the entire time I was there, so there were many delays in not just hotel guest movement but also housekeeper. .

Cool stay overall. Clean. A bit but with college kids but overall pretty good

My husband and I booked this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were spacious and housekeeping comes every morning to clean. Breakfast was ok. It consisted of waffles, cereal, banana, apple, mini muffins, toast, tea, coffee and juice. We enjoyed our stay. Would defiantly stay here again and recommend others to this hotel. It was also a 6 minute drive to the mall on 163rd.

Stayed here for the Orange Bowl game between Michigan and Florida State.

The room was very clean and nice and had a nice and comfortable bed. The bathroom was a nice size and the water was so hot. It was nice.

Have done some upgrades to TV in some rooms but not all.

Rude manager, terrible breakfast attendant and etc.....

Poorly maintained facility and a dangerous neighborhood with cop vehicle presence 3-4 times a day.

Bernadette was very helpful during our stay. Along with Christopher and Jennifer I enjoyed the pool and the atmosphere of the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay it was the best and I will be coming back to stay with more of my friends thank you. My son is coming in August of the yr and he will be staying with his friends as well thank you thank you from Sedean Watson

Facilities are very old. Staff sit in the chair when handling the guest check-in

Besides the entire building smelling like weed, it was ok.

Room service only cleaned the room one day of the four I was there. There was a party that was so loud it shook the walls that was allowed to continue until 4:30 AM. The internet was sporadic and the satellite TV did not work in the rain.

Room was neat and staff was helpful. Would have liked the bathroom smelling better. Will work for people stopping for a nights rest.

I really didn't feel welcomed when I came in... And I was told some information over the phone and another things when I got there.. Workers were very rude... And at 3am I got woken up by someone yelling in the next room sound like they were throwing stuff against the wall... I called front desk 4 times and when they finally answered still didn't say or do nothing

This was a last minute booking for me and my family. We secured a decent rate just for the night. The room, including beds, bathroom, amenities, were all very clean and decent. The hotel lobby is nice and the hotel is located close to the highway (easy to find and easy to exit). There is free parking, a boutique (offers giveaways), bar, pool, pool lounge, and cafeteria. The cafeteria serves all-you-can-eat continental breakfast. The pool was nice due to the warm water and speaker nearby, which would broadcast the rambling, but funny, jokes of the cruise concierge (oh, yes, this hotel caters to cruise ship passengers). The only downside was the bar. We arrived late in the night and the people there were so loud and raunchy. Thankfully, we could not hear them from our bedroom. For a last minute deal, we enjoyed our stay overall, and will keep it on our list in the future if we happen to be near that part of town again.
