Property not well maintained. Curtains ripped, lamps not functioning properly, exposed wiring. When reported said same to staff they acted as if they had heard it all before and just didn’t care.
The staff member who checked me in did not wear a mask. After talking for a little bit, she started putting it on, not over the nose. I was given a smoking room without asking if I would accept that. Please have an ice maker in the building.
I called them to cancel my reservation because I had COVID and they refused to give me the money back and say I had to come and check in. They don’t care about their employees and other clients
Over priced Run down Deposits for nightly guest. Checked out at 11:45 am they took my deposit. ETC... Will never say here again. They are crooks. I mean u can stay on the strip at a nice room for less.

The location and the staff lesion of the screen was nice
The floor felt like you were walking through grease. The pool wasn’t even open. Not a safe location. Defiantly get what you paid for.

This is a filthy place, I slept there one night. Would not even remove my clothes. Carpets are filthy, tub constantly leaking, rust. This is a transient place not a hotel. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK..
The hotel is older and not updated, but at least they could try to keep it clean. There was hair all over the floor from prior guests. The least they could have done was vacuumed in the room. Tub drips water. The air conditioner is very loud. It will wake you up every time it turns on and off. Would not recommend to anyone.
