The headboard had coffee, poop or blood on it, if they are not going to be cleaning them then they should throw it away. Seeing the dirty headboard made me wonder what else they forgot to clean. They put everyone in the old building because they claimed the bowler wasn’t working. There was also only one person working the check in beak and the wait was extremely long.

Overall room was in need of deep cleaning. Stains on wallpaper. Staff was great and friendly. Facility has rips in carpet and wallpaper coming off. Needs updated or damage areas fixed.
There is Nothing near this hotel… NOTHING!!!! Staff was super nice. But they should have told us we will not clean ur room… Covid???

I did not think this property was very clean. Dining options were not good. Was charged a resort fee twice, once by Expedia, once by the hotel.
This was one of the worst hotels that we ever stayed at! When we arrived In our room it had an overwhelming smell of smoke. Due to my error I didn’t realize this hotel still offered smoking rooms. We called to the front desk and they were kind enough to switch us rooms. When we finally got settled in our next room I went to the bathroom to get ready for our dinner reservations. When I looked down on the floor their were ants everywhere! I called down to the front desk again and told them. They said they could send maintenance up to fix the problem or we could switch rooms again. Not wanting to switch again we waited 40 mins for someone to arrive. When maintenance arrived he looked at them and said yes that’s a problem and he was sorry that they out sourced the problem and he couldn’t do anything. I didn’t want to call the front desk again bc I was too upset and now we had missed our dinner reservations. We decided to just hang out when we noticed a bug on our comforter. I was grossed out. The rooms was not the cleanest. I noticed that the bathroom had mold and everything just seemed dirty. In the morning we decided to call the front desk and tell them about our night. I left a voicemail and to this day none he called us back. There is also no breakfast. Lesson learned to do more research!

Liked property cleanliness. Did not like that there were several vehicles parked alongside the curb right outside the doors. We notified the desk staff, as this was a non parking zone, only to find the vehicles still there in the morning. There was plenty of parking in the lot still available.
