Did not enjoy my stay here at all. The rooms were not in good condition. It seems like when things break or look old they don't fix things or replace things, so the place looks run down. The people at the front desk were also not very welcoming.
I bought my favorite liquor from the duty free shop at the airport They say they don’t allow outside liquor and i have to consume the brand they keep in their menu. This policy was no where mentioned in the booking and spoilt my vacation. I would never book this hotel again as these guys force their choices on you. No hotel in the world does that

It's a great hotel, and the only complaint I have is pretty common throughout a lot of hotels. Staff grabbed a hold of my bags as soon as we went through security and wanted to bring it up to my room for me. I had to insist to take possession of my own bags. I understand this is because they hope to earn some tips, but really, the practice needs to be changed where the customer is asked for permission to bring up their luggage. But other than this snafu, our experience was extremely pleasing. The room exceeded our expectations, and it was clean, tidy and luxurious. The bed was comfortable. We did not have to ask for any supplies; it was all there. BREAKFAST was AWESOME. It offered both Indian and continental, with an array of choices. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Got a good deal through Orbitz that included WiFi. Rooms are clean, nice pillows, nice beds, polite staff, etc.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. My United flight was in the night and also got delayed a little. I got extension beyond the complimentary 2:00pm time to 6:00pm at a very reasonable charge. If you do not want to enjoy the Indian hospitality of the host offering complimentary fresh fruit or water or anything else, please put the don't disturb switch on.

Staff was always prompt, professional, and friendly. The building seems to be getting a bit old, but seems well maintained. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was super comfortable.

My child had a half a bottle of coke as we were returning to our room at night. The security guard refused us to take this inside the hotel-stating new rules that prohibited guests from bringing in any food items into the hotel. Never experienced this SY any other five star hotel elsewhere. This hotel has a convenient mall nearby. We wanted to stock up on food items for the next days trip, but we were told we cannot bring in any food. Kind of sucks since we were unable to buy food in the morning as all stores were closed. Certainly not a place to stay if you have kids. I have always stayed here for the past 5 years but will not do so anymore due to this experience. Taj vivanta is a better alternative.
