Perfect location downtown to enjoy all the shops and restaurants on Broadway & Main. Plus, skyway to the convention center. Complaints: my was my room was a bit dirty and fridge still had the last guest stuff in it, so chances are just a lazy cleaning person that day. Would have liked a pool / hot tub / sauna options.
It had a great view of downtown and was in walking distance of the main streets in Fargo. I wish it had a bath tub.
Without going into details because I have limited space, there was a violent incident in the room next to us that spilled into the hallway. We contacted the front desk twice after seeing a man being drug into the hallway that was bleeding from his head. The front desk told us police were on the way, but after more than a hour nobody ever came. We later found out after talking to other guests on the floor that hotel staff may have been part of the disturbance. This is not a safe place to stay...at least not the evening we were there.
Nice room.. Hotel location iffy for weekend visitors, probably great for weekday business people.
Liked the downtown location. Friendly hotel staff, bar & restaurant staff excellent, parking easy to access from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable.
Most of the stuff were very friendly and accommodating. On the other hand, the hotel is outdated, moldy bathroom and the towels were yellow and stained, the robes were old and uncomfortable and the Jacuzzi can really use a deep cleaning, the jets looked scarry dirty. Our reservation description included breakfast between parenthesis but when we asked about it a staff member let us know breakfast was not included and pointed out that their restaurant was very inexpensive and it will only cost us about $12 per person.

After speaking with our security and night audit staff, police were called and arrived at the hotel within 15 minutes after our staff was informed of the situation. The guests in the other room were then escorted out. We are very sorry for the disturbance they created during your stay.
