No elevator to access the second floor. Full length mirror in my room was broken. It needs to be removed because it’s an accident waiting to happen

Stayed at this hotel back in March 2022 and it was decent. Stayed at this hotel in august 2022 and it was an unfortunate experience. room was dirty; carpet didn’t seem vacuumed, bathroom had horrible lighting was very dark/dim, tv screen was dirty, windows were dirty, surfaces seemed unwashed, telephone made clicking noises or ‘dripping’ noises. Neighbors above were super loud. It was a place to sleep and that’s about it. Did not have early check in and hotel is very very under staffed.

The hotel staff were friendly.

When coming in our keys had to be recarded 2 times. The top bed skirt had a stain in it, the spa was under maintenance with the kid pool as well, around the edging of the tub they covered black mold with caulking. I will not be coming back.

Fire alarms going off multiple times during the night waking up the entire hotel. I am talking like 2am and 5am or something like that. Irate guests yelling and cussing at the staff didn't help after the alarms got shut off (approx. 10 min each). Other guests offered refunds for their stay, we were not. Maybe because we booked through a 3rd party? Regardless, my son and I were up from the cities for an event at the Fargodome and this hotel experience left a bad taste in our mouths for sure. Time for a nap.

cigarette butts all over the entry way, sidewalk and parking lot. rugs inside the lobby were very dirty. our room way clean and ok. very messy floor and counters in the breakfast area. pool very cloudy.

The property is on a long narrow string of hotels. It is expensive for what you get and it's fairly old (light switches didn't work, rudely patched holes in the walls). The only thing that was really good was the breakfast. I've stayed a quite a few hotels this summer and every one has cheaped out on the breakfast, serving prewrapped, tiny, garbage. This hotel still served a regular continental breakfast and I was happy to see it.

The air conditioning didn’t work, though it was trying, the room had a dank smell of stale smoke, our smoke alarm battery went off right as we were going to sleep (after midnight), there were small stains on some of the towels, and the continental breakfast was mediocre at best: white bread, white bagels, plain white yogurt, coffee with only white sugar (I’m seeing a pattern), donuts, and some Froot Loops. The pool was the best part. That part still seems to be ok, minus the broken railing for the hot tub.

The place was stinky and had mold in corner of room.

Room and facility is gross and outdated. Room was terribly cleaned.

Friendly front desk and they let us leave our trailer due to the wind.

We have stayed here before. Area is easy to get to. Had to wait awhile to be checked in and had to go find an employee to check us out. Breakfast was not as good as our last stay, but still good. Last time there were more options. This time there were fewer options, and they had run out of some items by 9am and did not refill them.

Dirty everything. Wouldn’t stay again. Mold on heat/AC Unit. Dusty rooms.

For the low rate, great place to stay. Average hotel. No negatives

When we arrived to the hotel they put us in a room that was not made up so we had to be put into another room. The door had a crack in it so outside light would come in the edging. Overall it was a cheap hotel so not expecting much but I definitely would not return.
