They allow dogs and we had issues with barking.

None of the staff were wearing masks. That showed me they had no regards for me.
When I arrived at the property to check in, it took 30 minutes for the process. The employee seemed to not know how the check in process worked. At the end of the conversation I was told that I had to give them a $150 deposit. IN CASH. I’m sorry but I was willing to pay it just to get my family into their room but I don’t carry much cash out of town, so one, I didn’t have that much cash, and two I was never informed of this “policy”. When I finally got to the room I was extremely disappointed. I booked a suite. However all I got was a room with a couch ambiguously placed in a room to give off the impression it was a suite. The carpet is dirty, the room smelled, and the door didn’t shut all the way with out locking the deadbolt. What was most troubling and annoying was the blackout shades were broken and the LED parking lot lamp was shining right in my face the entire night I was attempting to sleep. This property is extremely disappointing and should not even be offered on Orbitz website. I will be in that area several times this summer. I will most definitely not be staying here again.
I loved the fact that there was enough room for my family of six to sleep without having to pay for a second room, or someone having to sleep on the floor. My only complaint is how loud it was in the pool area. There was such a bad echo in there, that my ears were ringing for a couple of hours.
Loved that it was easy to locate and close to so many things to do and places to dine. Latoya was a great comfort when we had to check in late and was very friendly!!!
The location is convenient. The area seems to be safe. I don't think that the place is managed well enough to be proactive on things that are not right. Such as, the tv channels changed and the place did not have a new list of channels printed in the room. The front desk said they tried to get this from the cable provider. They should have been one step ahead knowing how irritating it is for customers. I should mention also that the entire book of printed material about the room, hotel, etc., is completely outdated. The last time I was at this hotel I was disappointed, so I should say that things have improved, but I don't think the management staff has the capability to keep this place on an upward trend. My opinion, hope I'm wrong about that.
I did not like that some things in the room were in need of repair. Minor things, but kind of hoaky and annoying (like a missing handle on the cabinet door to access the fridge and a wobbly fridge in the cabinet). I did not like that the air conditioners (wall type) do not run continually until the temperature hits the setting. They continually shut off and take a long time to reach the desired temp. It seemed at first as if they do not work.

The check-in worker wasn’t very friendly. I asked for my receipt to be printed and it took a long time. They finally said it couldn’t be printed so they’d email it to me. They never did so I had to call. The incidental fee was more expensive than my hotel room. The pool is incredibly small. The only upside was the breakfast- the breakfast was very delicious. Otherwise the room was not as clean or as useful as other places. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d liked for a king suite. I probably won’t stay here again.
Like the title says, I needed a one night place to sleep. I had stayed at this hotel before because I knew it was located close to where I needed to be, it is clean and decent. It is located near a few restaurants and stores but close enough to the highway to avoid all of the extra traffic.
I only wanted this hotel because of the jetted tub that I couldn’t find anywhere else. First off when I got to the smoke free hotel there were three people standing right outside the front door smoking. After walking through their cloud of smoke I went to check in. Check in went smoothly but when I got in the room it was filthy. Nothing was completely clean. Everything had a little or a lot of grunge to it. I kept expecting to see a rat run across the room. I didn’t see that but what I did see was just as bad or worse. I was sitting at the table making a phone call and a bed bug was crawling down my bag of takeout.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also very accommodating. I booked my room through orbitz and they told me the wrong check in time but the staff let me check I earlier. I wish I got the two ladies names that helped me because they were wonderful. I talked to a girl named Katelyn and she was very helpful and sweet on the phone. I will definitely go back there and highly recommend this hotel. The only bad thing was the beds aren’t that comfortable. Everything else was great
