It was all good. Short stay
Took 1.5 hours to check in, all while our family of 7 were waiting. Hotel had no record of reservation. Check in lady wasn’t friendly. Took her 1.5 hrs to rebook one room that was prepaid days ago. Hotel did not accommodate us with a crib. Baby had to sleep on the floor because we were afraid she’d fall off the bed. Hotel is pet friendly so I and baby started an allergic reaction while waiting.
Love this facility. Every time I visit it is the same great quality.
From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted by the staff at the front desk who were very friendly and very helpful. I forget who helped us get checked in but he was great and was able to tell us were everything was located and made us aware of the hours of everything that was happening at the hotel. My family felt very welcomed. It was a last minute planning so the rate was a little more than I was expecting but very glad I chose to stay at this location versus the other hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any family. This hotel is very clean, quiet and the staff is very friendly. The server during breakfast time, Eddie was great!!! He also made us feel welcomed and his friendly, helpful attitude was recognized. The area around the hotel is safe and you can find anything you need less that 9 minutes drive away but also some stores you can get to by walking. Thank You to everyone at Homewood Suites by Hilton at Charleston Airport, you made our family very happy with such a beautiful stay!
The 2 bedroom suite is a very spacious room especially to accommodate a family.
The rooms were very nice and spacious, everyone we encountered was very nice. The complimentary breakfast, no complaints. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again. Close enough to a few beaches and downtown Charleston, not to mention the outlets.
Front desk and culinary staff were fantastic. Everyone greeted my family with a smile and treated my 6-year-old daughter like a princess. The only thing that would have made our stay better would be a better selection of microwave meals in the lobby market. Other Homewood Suites locations we've stayed at have been well stocked with a variety of meals, snacks and drinks. This one has a lot of wine! :)
The front desk was so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay at a Homewood Suites in the future!
Our suite comfortably accommodated four. Great locate near shopping, 15 min from downtown, 25 from beach. Only issue was toilet was broken and would not flush every time.
Comfortable, clean, and convenient -- and Melissa at the front desk was sincere, helpful, and friendly. Would stay here again.
The hotel was wonderful. Food was excellant as well. Very clean & cozy. The perfect place for a couple's getaway!
This hotel has amazing staff, location to airport and decor! Doesn't get any better! Definitely, recommend it for business or personal travel.
Detailed attention and the night clerk with blonde hair always called us by name. Great room and breakfast was very good thanks. Apparently management is on top of this establishment!! It shows in employees.
Not far from Charleston Visitor Center about 10 minutes and only about 30 minutes to Folly Beach. The rooms air conditioner was a little off at first but worked itself out. The toilet was pretty slow flushing. Neither were bad enough to complain to the desk about.
This was a business trip but they made it feel like home. Very friendly and helpful. It would be great if they had a recycling program in the rooms and dining area
