We had a good stay until check out in which the receptionist attempted to run our card again saying we had not been charged. I was at that point able to obtain screen shots of my Orbitz charge that had gone through and attempted to show her. She seemed dismissive and asked for my card digits again. I said I’m sorry but I can’t give you payment again because I do not want to be charged twice. I told her this had recently happened in a stay in NY. She finally said we were ok to leave but that put a damper in our nice and relaxing stay. Bummer!

Only one elevator worked, and it barely worked (very slow, we used the stairs). Short staffed at front desk, more waiting.

We had a very nice stay & would come again - The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfy & the shower drained well. We were on the 5th floor so it was nice & quiet - although the water pressure in the shower could have been turn up some due to being so high up. The breakfast was great, we love having actual hot food (eggs, potatoes & a rotation of breakfast meat) included in the price! The only thing I might recommend is heating the outdoor pool for year round use. Our visit was in Dec so we were unable to enjoy that one piece.

Our only complaint was the take and go breakfast was so unappealing we never used it and one reason we normally book Hampton is for breakfast and cleanliness. I feel that most places are using COVID as an excuse for not providing services. Recently stayed at another chain and they had a employee fill your plate and still provided what you wanted

Landscaping needed work. The bed was so hard & the caulk job in the bathroom looked like a 6 year old did it.

Wonderful overnight stay for business. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

The first room was given to us, has a bad smell so they gave us another room, which was a lot better

Came down from Greer, SC to have a beach day on Saturday and tour Charleston on Sunday before heading back home. Two married daughters and husbands with grandchildren came and stayed also!

Was place in a room that smelled horrible and molded. The carpet was absolutely filty and appeared damp. Had to call the desk Manager and maintenance up to get a first hand if what I experienced. The maintenance nade some ridiculous sratement saying it was because I was in a higher floor. That was ridiculous and had NOTHING to do with anything!!!!

Located 1 mile from Hwy 26. Its fine. Not sure what else to say about it.

This location is good when we are in that area. And, with it being set back from the main road, it is quiet & peaceful. Clean, efficient and the staff was very friendly & helpful!!

We had a very nice stay & would come again - The staff was super friendly, the room was clean, bed was comfy & the shower drained well.
