It’s horrible place. Infested with street cats and other animals. Breakfast is bad. No lift. Dirty towel and sheets
Location of the property is right along a very busy and noisy Highway, in and out of the hotel was a problem. I read a few reviews but before I booked, I would have never booked it and could not cancel it either. Some reviews says there were bugs in the room, very true, I have recorded it for proof. When we checked in, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, it was fine, but when we came back at night, there were a lot of bug all over the ceiling. I went back to the front desk and had them change my room, so they gave me another room, which was decent, no bugs. I would avoid all hotels in this whole area, all the hotels are really bad. I had friends stay at a Days Inn, a few blocks away, same, terrible hotel. Very disappointed, I would avoid going to New Jersey if at all possible.
Pleasant rooms, everything worked. Good value for the area. Across road from industrial truck yard but rooms are quiet and private.
I so wished I would’ve booked another room. The outside looks so creepy.
The Woman at the reception late night was unfriendly and uncooperative We Felt really unwelcome after a day long travel ... They should get better training and support ...
Clean towels were outside on the ground, carts for room supplies were old grocery shopping carts, microwave was chipping inside, bathroom air vent was loud, tub was stained with scum. Overall a nightmare. I was in town for my nephews funeral, what an inconvenience to repack and find a different place to stay.
The bed and the comfortablity.. very convenient and relaxing
Front staff was really pushy about checking out at exactly 12. Terrible hill to walk up.
The room was just what we needed. A comfy king size bed with a clean bathroom. We were in the city all day and just needed a room to rest in at night. Continental breakfast was good. The only thing that we didnt like was the shuttle thats offered. Its $15 round trip to the city per person but the last shuttle back is at 10:30 p.m. For us it seemed to be too early. The shuttle's were so hot inside.
Big hill to room will be hard to drive in the winter.
Dirty!! Bugs everywhere!! On the bed!! The rug was dirty and smell awful!! We didn’t stayed. We arrived at 1:00am and we just left and stayed in other place. They refund the money.
Nice for being the cheapest around but could be a little cleaner
The staff was courteous, friendly and sociable. I like their attitude towards the guests.
This hotel has everything. Great location, access to public transportation, you can get to NY city easily, the breakfast is good and the hotel rooms are clean and upgraded. The staff Is awesome!!
The Breakfast was very poor no eggs or bacon only bagel cereal to me that’s not free breakfast I can’t eat bagel 😡😡😡
