We only had one overnight stay but it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also included a nice hot meal which is always a bonus… But here is a recommendation for breakfast… the breakfast was from 6:30-9:30. That is plenty of time to have breakfast. Only problem is that all the food was made and put out by 6:30 and I had my meal just before 7:00 am and it was nice and fresh and warm but my wife did not have her meal until 8:30 by then the food was not so hot and fresh. So when you have only a few guest like they do this time or year… don’t make all the food at once but make a little at the time and keep it fresh and delicious… even the coffee was cold. The waffles were tasty and of course warm as one can make it just when you are ready to eat it.

Room cost more when checking in them my confirmation has said it would be. Breakfast was horrible. Orange juice was Tang. Eggs didn't taste right. Sausage was not cooked. No fruit. This was half way through the breakfast time. Someone I know had booked rooms in August for a wedding in November, only to find their rooms were not available when they went to check in. They had to then try to find accommodation elsewhere.

Stayed at the Travelodge Hotel in North Bay (Lakeshore) and stayed in room 216 from (late night) November 2nd to 5th, 2017. Only one room in our entire group was cleaned on Saturday, even after reporting this to the front counter, our rooms remaind uncleaned. We even ran out of toilet paper and when I called to advise that we were out of toilet paper and had found mould in the bathroom, the gentleman at the front counter said he would bring toilet paper, which he did not. We had to go down to get some and were told they would bring it up. The bathroom was full of mould (have lots of pics) including the pipes in the bathroom as well. When the guy finally brought toilet paper, I asked to show him the mould. He said he would report it to the manager, no offer to change rooms. The next morning I went to the front and was told by the woman at the front counter that she would come to the room. The woman showed up with mould spray, proceeded to go in the bathroom and spray and then came out saying they would take care of the "mildew". There was black mould going down the walls (not just corners) and the piping was grown over with black mould with white spots. This was NOT mildew. They reduced our room charge but that's not the issue. The issue is those who stayed in that room and the hotel in general given the mould. (I am no the only one from our group that found mould in their room, but our room was quite bad.) I was told the manager was going to look into it and have not yet received any contact since we left on November 5th (2017). ****Pics will be posted on Trip Advisor as I am unable to post pics here. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Would NOT recomend this hotel.

Good quick stay. Quick check in and check out. Heat in room did not work. Was a good clean room.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel . I would have to use the word pristeen to describe it . Staff were wonderful . Breakfast was good . My only complaint is the distance from the main highway . Having said that , it was very close to a mall to do last minute shopping . In closing , I would definitely return as I felt very safe and found the hotel to be very comfortable and good value .

We were looking for a reasonable costing hotel for one night that would accept pets. It was what we expected. The TV did not work, but the front desk offered to move us, but we had settled in with our dog and decided we could do without TV for one night. The internet worked well so that was a great alternative. The breakfast was standard for this type of hotel, so at least it saved us going out for breakfast. Not an unpleasant stay.

Hotel staff was so friendly we went to visit family and decided to stay the night. We booked on hotwire but now we can just call directly, only thing missing was a pool but I do understand they have so many beaches around .

Our stay at this hotel was perfect as it usually is until we received a knock on the door at 7:30am from lady trying to get into our hotel room. We asked through the door who it was and she stated with profanities that she had the wrong room. SO our stay was cut short and we left shortly after.

The front desk host "Matt" was not very friendly, while all the rest of the staff were very nice, friendly, and always with a smile. Dirty laundry left in the bathroom from previous guests. The shelf where the TV sits was not dusted. The phone didn't work, and was the same room we stayed in 3 weeks earlier, and it didn't work then. They promised to have it fixed, but it was not fixed, Very poor business.

The room is laid out comfortably: however our frustration is with the lack of accessible outlets for a CPAP machine (+ clock + chargers for phone & tablet. The only outlet near enough to the bed to plug in the machine required for sleep is behind the bed, requiring my husband to pull the mattress out in order to access it!!! Internet was slow to access. Breakfast had fewer options than it did previously, but was ok.
