I hadn’t booked through Orbitz in a long time. I decided to use them for this trip. Booked a room online. When I arrived they gave me a handicapped room that smelled strongly of urine. They said that they couldn’t change my room because I booked through Orbitz. Also there was no valet worker when I arrived so they told me to park anywhere. When he did arrive, he was rude about where I parked. Will not stay here again!

Room was nice clean and spacious. Staff helpful. Ready to assist. Quick to solve any issues.

Good staff. Looking out at the ocean every morning was a great start to my day

Hotel was in good location exercise room small but sufficient. Restaurant good on site.. beach right outside hotel door. I would stay there again.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We had no microwave as listed to have one in our room. So we asked if we could get one. He put in an order to get one. The next morning we asked the day shift and they said maintenance would bring one. No one came. So the evening came and the gentleman from previous day was there. We told him and he had one delivered right away.

We were never told there would be live music next door from 7-11pm. I felt badly for the parents of toddlers, trying to get them to sleep. My Mom’s room lock didn’t work. Eight different keys were used, none work. Finally, they sent engineering to check it out & they put a new lock on the door. The engineers were very nice. The next morning, shower was ice cold. No exaggeration, the water hurt it was so cold. Powered through the shower & found out my Mom’s shower was the same way. At check-out, I was not asked about my stay, so I told the front desk girl that they may want to check the shower in my room because it was ice cold. Then the clerk told me “oh, yeah, it’s because engineering was working on the hot water heater”. Uh, maybe call the rooms to tell the guests? Extend check-out time? Nope, she was not interested in what I had to say. The experience was worth less than $100/night but paid three times that. Worst hotel stay ever. Not at all worth the money.

The Ramada was very nice and the employees were very good. The restaurant there and the surrounding restaurants nearby were very good. The seafood was excellent. We enjoyed going to the beach and the gift shops. The people that we met were very nice and we would go back again.

we arrived at 11 AM, receptionist said she will call us in maximum 30 min for a early check in, never happened and at 4 when we had enough with the sand, water and sun went back and room was still not ready, waited there 1.5 hours, horrible with a 11 month old and a 3 year old around. we booked at non smoking, got a smoking room, tool a eternity to be moved. bathroom dirty, hair, sand all over. if this things are ok for you, the overall stay was acceptable, restaurants next to the hotel had good entertainment and foo, beach clean. I wood recommend this hotel, but I will make shore they know our experience.

Overall the room was nice however there was construction right outside early in the morning all week. The 2nd shower head did not work and the pool/hot tub heater was broken.

It's on the Boardwalk. That's a good thing. I found the room to be a little on the gamey side, like when you walk into someone's home, and the apt has the smell of all it's occupants. I'm sure with more attention to bleaching, disinfecting, that would be remedied. I had just left another hotel. It is possible that I was comparing the two, and this one didn't measure up to the first. It was not a bad stay. Everyone was very polite and accommodating.

Experience was pretty good....except the people under me was smoking marijuana and talking very loud. Other than that the stay was pleasant

They do just enough to stay in compliance. Our room was so dirty with years of dust built up on ever corner. Honestly, it was such a bad hotel it made our trip kind of fun. We'd say, "Our room is a hot mess!" and laugh.

OVERPRICED DUMP OLD TEAR IT DOWN NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER RAMADA

Nice hotel really clean right on the beach close to the boardwalk and the nightlife our second time there will definitely be going back.

Loved the location! Room did not have a fridge or microwave/bar like the others, not sure why. Hallways and elevators were unbearably hot, and our hallway smelled of cigar and cigarette smoke. We were in a non-smoking area. Bathroom was tiny. Great balcony and view, and lots of cool stuff nearby.

I not staying in Ramada again. Bathroom hasn't have fan. Rooms to small and stinky.

The room was smaller then expected. The view was great. No continental breakfast was a big drawback. The indoor pool was good to get out of the sun for a little bit. The elevators were about 90 degrees during the day. The room a/c was a bit touchy at first. Very clean hotel.

Front desk made us wait eventhough our room is ready. We had non smoking room but we smell cigarettes all the time. Bed sheets have stains in them. Shower head doesn't work. Elevator is too small. Elevator is too small. It's oceanfront sure but it's totally not worth the money if you're so uncomfortable sleeping on the stained bed.

We loved having a balcony with such an amazing view. Make sure to wake up for the sunrise -- breathtaking. The room was very clean, just run down; Wallpaper was really old and carpet was coming up by the air conditioner. The bathroom was the smallest hotel bathroom I'd ever seen, but it did the job. The ease of getting to and from the beach and the spectacular view certainly made up for the condition. I would recommend this hotel mainly for the location
