All was average and I didn’t know that I have to pay $100 down payment ?? And the TV on le living room wasn’t working I did tell them soonest I notice but they didn’t fix it I’m just waiting if they say “we are not going to pay you back the down payment for this” if that is the case that mean they do it on porpoise to not give the money back.!
Excellent location close to everything nice and clean could use new carpet loved it Only thing didn't like was pool closed for remodeling but offered to other pools at different location will visit again

Location is superb, by the water and close to groceries and dining options. However, the room needs updating.
Everything was perfect til we met the racist blonde bar tender of the hotel! Super rude to color folks. Other than that this place is perfect

The room was nice, balcony was a definite plus, pool was nice as well as outdoor area, the jacuzzi was good but there were no jets. The tub in the room was jetted however, the jets looked disgusting like they haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. The room was very nice, just be aware that housekeeping doesn’t come and also know that the walls are VERY thin. The location was wonderful, the view of the beach was lovely, and the kitchen was a definite plus for making breakfast! Despite the cons, tight parking, and the call to participate in a time share open house the property was enjoyable would probably stay again.
One working washer and dryer for entire building. Hot tub pump not working. Mold on swimming floor.
Dated property that wasn't very clean. The counters and floor were dirty and air conditioning needed fixed when we got there. The balcony door didn't lock normally and a different lock needed to be used which didn't let the door shut completely. Maintenance was prompt fixing the air conditioning and was very friendly. Some miscommunication regarding pool reservations (required because of COVID). The pool was not very big and jacuzzi wasn't able to be used. Nice pool deck area though. The view from the balcony was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Overall, it was definitely overpriced and rather disappointing.
Nice hotel, spacious rooms but needs some updating. Hotel is located almost in the middle of the boardwalk so you can easily walk or bike ride along the boardwalk or street for everything. Beach is clean and well kept. Had a very nice experience here. Would definitely return.
The air conditioner was very clunky and loud. The pictures look nicer than it really is. Location is pretty good and there's free parking. The bar downstairs is way overpriced. No direct access to beach - must go out the side entrance or through the bar which is inconvenient.

We apologize that we only have one guest laundry room currently order but have been waiting on new appliances from back order for a few months now. Our spa does in fact work correctly, the Hot Tub was simply replaced with the Soaking Spa last spring.
