staff is not helpful i will not return this is complete off season and I would expect better

The hotel is right on the beach and the pools are lovely. That said, the second you walk in they are on you to get a "free welcome kit". The kit is basically their chance to pitch a time share scheme on you. I would think that if the hotel were really a way to get you to buy a time share it would have been cheaper or nicer somehow but it wasn't. Check out is a super early 10am and there is no food to be had any time after the snack bar closes. Also, there is no daily housekeeping. All things I would expect for the price I paid for two nights on a holiday weekend.

Love this resort it is always beautiful and well maintained. The staff is always very friendly

Rooms were a little different, we reserved two bedroom Condo Oceanfront was given suite that had to separate entrances to bedrooms from door off main hallway. Not convenient if a family. Rooms were nicely furnished and clean.

Ocean Beach Club was very clean, but the room is not comfortable. The couch is awful (comfort and appearance). The pillows were horrible, there were rips in the sheets on the bed and stains on the sheets for the pull out bed. Also, we were there for 4 nights and not once did housekeeping come to our room. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. The staff were great. The view was amazing. It's close to everything. There was a snow storm during our stay and restaurants and stores were still open. We had no problem buying food. The game room was also enjoyed during our stay by our son and he had a great time (he is 5).

We loved everything about the hotel nice room and views.

The resort was awesome! Right on the beach, great beach view from our balcony! Staff very friendly & helpful. The adult pool was great as well!

The hotel is located on the beach, but forewarned, if you book through a travel site and you are not a timeshare owner, you will likely have a city view room with no balcony. The front desk agent was nice enough to try to get us an oceanfront room, because it was our anniversary. The hotel is very pretty in a very nice section, with a lovely pool and outdoor bar overlooking the beach. The biggest downfall to this hotel is that the layout and capacity of their check-in desk and valet is not sufficient for a property of this size. There were huge lines to check-in because the front desk space was honestly too small given the numbers and there wasn't even an organized way to queue up for check-in. The valet space was also incredibly taxed given the volume of people who all tend to check in at 4:00pm on Saturday or out at 10:00am Sunday. Staff were nice. Rooms were pretty and well-appointed.

As such the hotel is pretty nice with good facilities and nice surroundings. And the location on the beach is just great. The studio room we had was pretty small and cramped considering a rate of more than $250 per night. The main reason for not recommending this hotel is due to the housekeeping or lack of I should say. Our room was cleaned once during our four day stay and any attempt to have the staff bring clean towels was ignored - not by the front desk, but by the people who the front desk numerous times asked to take care of it.

Room phone didn't work- wasn't the room I was expecting- staff didn't seem to care - no tx guide- bathroom was dirty and the sink didn't work. Contacted the hotel the first hour I was at the hotel. Manager didn't get back to me until several days later. Over all pretty livid and disappointed with their hotel.

Staff were uninformed, awkward, and challenging to communicate with. The wifi never worked for me as well as other hotel guests during our stay. We were told that the system was being upgraded, I didn't believe it. I had poor cell phone service and the cable didn't work for hours. There is an $18 resort fee that gives you access to a game room and a pool. There is no reason people should pay $18, nothing special (i.e. Complimentary beverages, breakfast or services). The room set up is weird because you open your room door which lets you into a small space that has 2 other doors to two separate rooms. Lots of noise can be heard. Bad stay. Pay the extras money and go to one of the Marriott chains or the Hilton

I love the view of the ocean from the beach and the city front from my room. My experience was amazing.

This is our fourth year staying here and we were disappointed this year. The room cleanliness left something to be desired. Also, paying $10 a day to park in a hotel that you are a paying guest is absurd. We will probably look elsewhere for accommodations next year.

We had a great stay and the room was very nice but for the money we paid, you could have stay somewhere else for less with the same amenities

What a Great location! Wonderful time everything is so close.

loved everything about this hotel. difficult to keep a wireless connection but other than that, could not have been better! beautiful pools!

This hotel was awesome, great staff, very clean and everyone was very friendly. The room was more than what I had expected. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was above average. Will never come back on college weekend.

The staff/manager was very accommodating and helpful!!! Manager and one employee went out of their way to help us. Rooms are very small. Clean but much smaller than expected. Also, the 1 bed rooms are actually part of a suite that is split into 2 so when neighbors walk out-it was quite loud.

The hotel was more than I expected. We were supposed to get a city view room but because we came earlier than check in time they had a beach front room ready for us. Every time we left our room and came back, housekeeping already cleaned the room and replaced our towels, wash cloths, made our beds and empty our trash. The staff on the lobby floor were very helpful and friendly. They gave us coupons on activities around the area and also on food so it helped us save more money. I definitely want to go back again and I plan on it maybe next summer when it's hotter.
