This must be a hotel people live out of. There's a lot of sketchy figures here. Over crowded, dirty pool.

It was close to family the staff were very professional

Need work on pool. Need to improve on cleanliness. They over charge me and I'm still waiting for my money back.

This is a very old hotel, currently under renovations, and it looks it. Renovations were not complete in the first room we were given. It is not comparable to other hotels in the area in terms of the room (small bathroom counter, no separate table, hard mattress) or common room items like lotion. Had to ask for extra towels and a second trash can. The so-called "buffet breakfast" consisted of frozen waffles and cold cereal. We finally saw fruit and a waffle iron on Sunday, when it was time to check out. Also breakfast ends at 9:00 am instead of 10 am like most others in the area.

Rooms looked nothing like pictures. Room was dirty trash cans full and room smelled for the whole stay. Rooms outdated . Breakfast was horrible no selection. A lot of drug addicts stay there ppl knocked on door looking for weed. Ppl hanging out in parking lot til wee hours of the morning excessive noise. Ice machine reeked of urine etc etc horrible stay. Never again. Ppl do not be fooled by the nice lobby that is the only clean nice part to it.

Great stay for the orbitz price. Wouldn't pay full price without complaints

Staff was very pleasant st check-in and check-out. The room was very clean and comfortable, but the fan in the air handler for the room got a little noisy when set on Auto, so took a little more effort to get a good temp setting when set on Heat. Still overall a very nice stay.

I CANNOT believe I paid $153 for tonight's experience! Here's what you can get for $153 on Orbitz: *Arrive at hotel to find it locked. *Have receptionist make rude, angry gestures at you when you approach the window, then continue laughing, high-fiving, and chatting with the guy she's with while a line of patrons continues to grow at the door. *When she finally comes to the door, she begins yelling at you for NO reason--to such an extreme that other clients tried to intervene and one couple with a reservation left. *Get warned by multiple customers about the dirty rooms, non-functioning doors, lack of towels, and other problems. *Spend an hour with the new receptionist and MANY calls to Orbitz trying to find the reservation. Orbitz says they will email and fax it to the hotel; neither ever happens. *The receptionist finally gives up and just assigns a room--the only problem is that when you open the door, it's already occupied! *The receptionist has you tour the ENTIRE property checking for empty rooms--evidently they have no idea which rooms they've already assigned, so we have to see which ones have lights on. *Be told there are actually no empty rooms. *Spend 45 minutes on hold with Orbitz to be hung up on; he never calls back even though he took your number and this is about the 6th call...not counting the 6 to the receptionist. * Finally, after 3 hours, at nearly 3 a.m., and MANY frustrating phone calls with people who can't seem to grasp the basics of the situation, ge

the towels and wash cloths were dirty the tub had cigarette burns on it the heat didn't get hot didn't sleep go bed was uncomfortable

I will never stay here again and I should be refunded as much as the entire cost for the stress that was caused

The hotel was very nice, everything .matched to my expectations

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is close to restaurants.

Room was very clean, internet worked perfectly, water was hot

Beyond expectations and a lot better than others on the same street.

The only pros I can think of is the front desk staff were all very nice and the location was not bad. It was near lots of restaurants and only 10 miles from the beach. Once in the room we found a light dusting of white powder on 3 different areas of the dark carpet. I think it was carpet fresh, so that would indicate the room wasn't vacuumed well. We wanted coffee, opened the little single cup coffee maker and there was a used filter in the maker. I have no idea how long it had been since that had been checked. No where to hang anything. It appeared the rack that was once in the wall had been taken out. The reservation was for two people there was 1 towel, 2 hand towels and no wash clothes. Called lobby about towels and coffee maker, was told that someone would be up with them. Called after waiting for some time was told they didn't have anyone that could bring up what we needed, but we could come down and get the items.

I've stayed here before and never had a complaint the staff are very helpful and polite especially the maid. Great value if you are on a budget. The online price was higher than what the hotel price actually was but because the staff was so nice I didn't even bring that to their attention.

Cleaner than I had expected and once again, staff and housekeeping where curtious and friendly!

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. It is nice that they have upgraded to flat screen televisions

Quiet, clean relaxing motel for the price. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Quiet, relaxing, and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly.
