The place was clean but looking a little dated. Everything worked, the breakfast was good.

Very good location and a lot of restaurant choices. Very nice staff! The pool was closed the whole time. The coolers for beverages was also down the whole stay.

The staff was wonderful...very friendly! Breakfast was a little different every day and was very good. Only complaint was that the smoke detector light blinked all night and we were told there was nothing that could be done about that.

The front desk staff as well as the breakfast staff were very welcoming.

If satisfaction guranteed then this is no guarantee. My wife checked the room before we checked in. She immediately reacted to the cleaning chemicals used by the hotel; if we had stayed she would have ended up in the emergency room. The staff said that there was nothing she could do about refunding our deposit since the hotel had a 24 hour cancellation policy. So we left and found another hotel that used more benign cleaning chemicals but we were out $190. We are going to contact Hampton corporate for a refund, but a hotel that believed in customer satisfaction should have offered a refund at the desk. It wasn’t staff’s fault; it was the hotel’s.

The location was right in the middle of family homes. The staff was super friendly and very nice. The room was large with plenty of room and the beds were quite comfortable.

Our room had a horrible odor of cigarettes & coconut. The room was spacious and clean but the odor gave it an overall feeling of being unclean. Cigarette burn holes in the curtains. We requested a non-smoking room! The hot breakfast was decent but guests were there without shoes or socks and staff did not say a word to them. Made me lose my appetite. Front desk staff were friendly and hospitable.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Could not have asked for more.

We were looking for somewhere to stay that wasn't too pricey but not SO far from the beach, and this fit perfectly. The pillows were not too comfy, but that is an easy fix. Good distance, about 25 minutes, from the beach. Heated, indoor pool was very nice for my husband baby and I.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful!!! The rooms were clean but the cleaning staff only partially cleaned while we were staying there. There was plenty of food available with the hotel's free breakfast. The hotel is located near a clean shopping area so there are plenty of other choices for food.
