The hot tub was everything and the room was nice size

I canceled the room thursday night because there was no towels at all in the room. The hotel manager said that I never checked out so instead of charging me for one night, they charged me for three nights. I need help with getting a refund back for the two nights that I didn't stay in the room.

The room was very dirty. The bedding, furniture, and walls were stained, and the room smelled of smoke.

I literally stayed in this hotel for one hour and was refused a refund because of the property poorly cleanliness. My room was nasty. First off when I checked into the room I had been in the road all night and of course first thing I wanna do is shower. The bathroom was disgusting to The point it couldn’t have been cleaned from the previous occupants. So I go to office and let them know they sent someone to clean it after waiting half an hour then I go thinking I’m gonna take a hot shower and there’s mold on the shower curtain. Like why go through the hassle of bleaching the bathroom and not change the curtain especially with COVID 19. So at this point I’m irritated and decide to go elsewhere. The person at the office refused a refund and I was only in the room an hour didn’t even utilized the room. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this location. It’s nasty drug activity outside and damn where not worth the money nor headache

Got the Jacuzzi Suite and there was no wash clothes in the room. The TV worked but the remote did not and that was the only way to operate the TV...Had to wait until night shift worker came in just to get batteries for the remote. The coffee pot in the room could not be used due to missing parts. When we went to get wash cloths from the front desk, we were only given one (Which was for another room). For the price is was well below what I would expect...At least the Jacuzzi worked.

Unpleasant hotel experience. Needs to be renovated ASAP. Broken amenities, dirty room, floors were not swept and mopped. Bathroom was not cleaned. However, Bed Sheets were clean. I definitely will not choose them again or recommend to anyone.

Refrigerator not working, room air conditioning leaking water under the floor, bad mold smell, the door did not unlock properly. The front desk guy told me that I have to engage the lock first by yanking it up first then unlock it. Anyway the door was randomly opening after dozens of combinations of swiping the card and moving the handle up and down. When I explained the situation to their repair guy, he practically ignored me. We don’t have any room available the front desk said. I do not recommend.

First I was suppose to pay at the hotel but they took the money out before I got there. Then was suppose to have a smoking room & was not Told them & they said it was a smoking room. Told they I was not going to be charged to smoke in it so the finially moved us. New room had no remote. Took an hr to get one. TV had lines thru it all the time. Sink drained very slowly. Key card did not work 2 times. We were on the 3rd floor so with the first room & key card had to go up & down the steps 4 times & I am 72.

Across from truck stop . The door worked hard and there was daylight that came in around it . Not sealed well which left in these little black bugs . No atm

Good value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was average stay but I found roaches in the room n nothing special but ok.!

hotel is dirty, noisy, and smelled like smoke. not worth the 200$

Early check in..quick check in..clean room...we were given the room requested.

Quick check in at front, room is always neat and clean and well appointed.

While we do not allow guests to smoke in non-smoking rooms, it occasionally happens that they do and your feedback will help us to address the issue more effectively. We do insist that smokers refrain from smoking in our non-smoking hotel rooms, and I apologize for any evidence you encountered that someone had been smoking in the room.

Refrigerator not working, room air conditioning leaking water under the floor, bad mold smell, the door did not unlock properly. The front desk guy told me that I have to engage the lock first by yanking it up first then unlock it. Anyway the door was randomly opening after dozens of combinations of swiping the card and moving the handle up and down. When I explained the situation to their repair guy, he practically ignored me. We don’t have any room available the front desk said. I do not recommend.
