studio Plage des Dames

très bon emplacement pour ce studio spacieux et bien équipé, même si un peu vieillot. Une vue imprenable sur la plage des Dames, magnifique au lever du soleil. Un peu bruyant en soirée, mais l'animation fait partie du charme.

A part la vue sur la plage des dames

Bonjour, l'emplacement face à la mer avec stationnement privé rien à redire. Ou le bas blesse, c'est le confort… Tout est vétuste: veilles plaques de cuisson en ferraille. Lave vaisselle cassé "pas de remise et averti le jour de la prise des clefs" éclairage principal avec transformateur et un boucan impossible. hotte d'évacuation des odeurs de cuisine obsolète idem, boucan du diable. mobilier ancien, peu de rangements. A déconseiller. attention si vous aimez le calme, juillet aout doit être très très bruyant. bar, resto et plage très fréquentée en dessous "les bruits montent" il parait que le lave vaisselle doit être remplacé ? idem cuisinière ? voir la cuisine? renseignez vous bien!!! maintenant, s'il n y a que la vue qui vous intéresse c'est plutôt pas mal. rapport qualité prix bof bof bof. Autre chose, le personnel de l'agence qui gère le logement ne se déplace pas pour vous accompagner au logement donc, pas d'état des lieux, ni quand vous le quittez????? nous n'avons à ce jour pas de problème de chèque de caution et ménage d'encaissé "la moindre des choses"

Emplacement idéal. Superbe vue mer et bois de la Chaise

Appartement idéalement situé pour des balades sur l'Île. Balcon terrasse face à la mer et la plage des Dames. Place de parking voiture et vélo appréciable. Déco très rustique mais logement parfaitement équipé confortable et propre. Accès direct à la plage et au bois de la Chaise. Juste une remarque, l'accès à la mezzanine par un escalier un peu raide, étroit et mal sécurisé (pour les enfants et les personnes âgées).
