The room was extremely small and very basic. The bathroom was basic as well. No business center to print the boarding pass. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Judging by the lack of amenities and size of the room it's not a proper 4-star hotel.
Very clean property, well located. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooftop bar was nice and the breakfast was outstanding. Price was great too. Very, very happy with our stay.
fI was put into a room with outside air and little light, first floor window opening into a closed courtyard with somewhat transparent roof. The room itself had only sheets on bed despite outside temperature of 10C (50F). It took two days to negotiate out of this room - and it seemed that approximately a third of the rooms opened into that inner closed space. Not for people with allergies, and was not a 4-star experience for me. The hotel should mention this setting before booking. The rest about this hotel is fine, excellent location and clean bathrooms. The internet could be better - every time you left your computer even for a couple of minutes, you had to do a time-consuming log-in process again.
So central for touring Bari. Great breakfast, rooftop bar and wonderfully helpful staff. Definite thumbs up!
