This hotel has the best beds and pillows I have ever used in a hotel Choice of firm or soft pillows and the bed was so comfy

Did not accomplish the goal of getting a good night's sleep. Group of twenty something teenagers moved in to room next to me and played loud video games and talked and laughed loudly. Tried to work with staff to move to another room, but they informed me that the hotel was full....

I've stayed at both the Mishawaka and Niles Holiday Inn Expresses, and apart from its location, the Niles Holiday Inn Express is far superior. The building itself seems recently renovated, with fresh carpet, wallpaper and decor, and the rooms are certainly in better condition. My room offered a king sized bed that was as comfortable as my bed at home, and the bathroom was large for a hotel room, with good water pressure and a large tub. Everything was clean and in good working order, and my only complaint was that door was not overly sound-proofed. The room itself was quiet enough, but you could hear every footstep and whisper passing in the hallway. The hotel pool was too short and shallow for anything but getting wet, but it was a pretty standard pool for this type of hotel, with plenty of chairs and extra towels available. The dining area was segregated from the rest of the hotel, and the breakfast offerings exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel. All in all, the Holiday Inn Express Niles offers a quality stay for the money spent.

The exc suite is great for families enough space to comfortable relax and not be on top of each other. Loved the separate bedroom so little ones can sleep while other family members stay up late.

Excellent hotel with great rooms and beds. The breakfast had a terrific variety (although the pancake maker was not working the day I was there). The pool was nice, but a little cool for me.

We stayed here after a wedding. There was a race in town the weekend we stayed so my only complaint about the hotel is it was very pricy. The breakfast was amazing and there were 4 of us who stayed in 2 queen beds and it was plenty big for all of us.

Very nice setup for a hotel. The lighting in the bathroom was actually in the right place to see what your doing.

Room was clean breakfast was nice and hot can't complain about anything!!

booked this hotel close to ND football weekend so paid way too much but after getting over that issue, all was very good. The breakfast could have more attention as many items were out but staff was busily trying to remedy but couldn't keep up.

This hotel was clean & comfortable. My room actually still smelled new. The only problem I encountered was finding the hotel. My GPS was unable to locate the address.
