I spent a great deal of time complaining about this apartment.II was asked to email my complaints together with photo evidence which I did.Then Vrbo went completely quiet and have never come back to me.I am as disgusted with Vrbo as I am with this dreadful apartment. The apartment was absolutely over run with ants. They were everywhere. The apartment was filthy dirty and there was hardly any cook ware.The kitchen space is ridiculously narrow and very uncomfortable to cook in.The dishwasher in this narrow space came forward as I loaded the top half of it which is extremely dangerous. The wardrobes are in a dreadful state and so dirty we left our clothes in our suitcases and did not use the wardrobes. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we spent one night hardly sleeping at all and our bodies were stiff and aching the next day.The apartment is dark and dingy. The smell in the bathroom was absolutely awful and it stunk. The whole apartment needs renovating completely as it is not fit for humans to stay in especially at that extremely high rent. The owner attempted to put things right with ant traps and a plumber coming in to stop the bathroom smell but the ants remained and so did the smell. Absolutely the worse apartment we have stayed in and we wish we had never booked it. Vrbo do not help their customers when things are wrong and our request to move to another Nice apartment was ignored as was our complaint.A holiday ruined by this apartment and Vrbo not giving a damm.
