This means you can spend plenty of time outside enjoying the barbecue, eating, relaxing and lounging. From the terrace, you can access your own private swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 1 m to 1.70 m deep), filled with chlorine-treated water and situated just below. Thanks to its sunny location, it's already a pleasant temperature early on. The 200 m² paved area around the pool is furnished with six sun loungers, two parasols and a solar shower. It enjoys all-day sunshine and magnificent sea views. Enjoy the peace and quiet as you listen to the birds and cicadas. For those who like to be a little more active, a table tennis table and table football are available. The property has an automatic entrance gate, automatic lighting and two parking spaces.
