Well, any stay at a hotel starts at the front desk and Robert was excellent and not only had great decor, but was funny too. Not to mention he made sure I got my Hilton Honors point. The rooms are clean, breakfast was good and plenty do since your in the middle of Ukiah.
This is a fantastic property situated in Ukiah with access to surrounding cities.
Literally could not sleep due to insufficient soundproofing. Television in next room was clearly audible ALL NIGHT long. Then add traffic noise from busy street right outside the window. A disaster.

Friendly staff and great rooms. I rented the king size with jetted bathtub and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Decoration was a little outdated in the room, but didn't bother us. Overall I would definitely rent again if I needed a hotel in Ukiah, I do with it was cheaper thou.
After a long day on the road (and an enjoyable visit to the nearby City of 10,000 Buddhas), this Hampton Inn was a wonderful surprise. Clean, perfectly located, safe and lovely in many respects. We stayed at a Holiday Inn the next day and missed the comforts of the Hampton Inn the entire night.
I went up was to meet my friend and bonus is the room had a hot tub too. The tub was very relaxing and wonderful. The breakfast was also great too. Otherwise a great hotel to just get away from the city chaos.
A decent, clean room for a nice stop on the road to San Francisco. This is a one-night stop kinda place. The room decor is a bit dated, the heating/cooling unit was LOUD--like a small plane engine. It had to be off in order to sleep. Staff varied from fairly disinterested (at check-in) to warm and gracious (at check-out). I would recommend staying here--you could do a lot worse in the area.
This hotel was perfect for my family. Clean and pretty with helpful and courteous staff. Comfy beds, clean pool, and great breakfast. Most rooms have a little balcony that looks out on the pool and goldfish ponds. Loved this place!

In spite of being a chain, the staff was nice, the rooms were large and the breakfast was a slightly better than typical fare. It's across from a Walmart in a chain-store part of town but it's a decent stop-over if there's not much of a reason to be in Ukiah. And the pool's actually large enough to swim in!,
Hotel very nice and well maintained. Hotel had some very noisy construction going on when we arrived. It would have been nice to have known this. I could not hear the hotel greeter upon arrive and made checking in difficult. Hotel is located right next to a main road. Could here the cars passing by from our beds.
