This property is easily in my top ten of favorite hotels ever. The service at this hotel is incredible- from Nick at the front desk to David who brought me a bottle of water unasked, to Zach in Play who took nice care of us, to Michael in the Spa- all around excellent! I apologize for all of the names I’ve forgotten. The grounds are immaculate, restaurants delicious- just go!
I was attending an event at the resort, so my stay was convenient. The room was very clean. The only negatives were the outdated bathroom and the AC setup was very noisy.
