Location was good but the hotel is ok. It is close to fall and few other attractions

Had a great time beautiful view a little noisy being on main road bus stop close by close to everything

Room was spacious and bright. Good outside view. Very close to the falls.

Hotel is old and went we went to our floor it smelled, our room had three queen size beds in all the corners of the room there was dirt, in the center of the room there was a very small table with two chairs (keep in mind rented the room with three beds because there was five of us) no microwave in the room (disappointed) but there was a refrigerator that was a plus. The bathroom was ok but corners dirty. Noise level was horrible every sound off the street you heard and the maids room was in front off ours so starting at 6:00 guess what you heard. The room had no plugs with easy excess had to unplug lights for tablets and cell phones. Now the pool & hot tub was nice. Over all I give it thumbs down next time I will pay the extra and stay in a ALOT nicer place. Oh and I forgot the $100 hold for parking on my credit card plus the parking spots were so tight thank you for the paint off my NEW car from someone opening their doors hitting my car,

Every time I visit the Falls, I ALWAYS choose this hotel, even when it was Michael's. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, the room was clean, and housekeeping was very respectful of my wishes and needs. I was very impressed with the fact they had asked me if I mind if they tidied up while I went down to the hot tub. I highly recommend this to everyone.

If by falsview you mean stretching over the balcony to see under rainbow bridge, then OK. First room we got was dirty. They switched us, no problem. Room was OK nothing fancy. Breakfast buffet was an easy option vice going out, but did not start until 8 am, so sorry early risers. The wego bus system had a stop next block down, but beware it doesn't start going until 10am is and only picks up south bound. It was a place to sleep. The kids did hop in the pool. For a Niagara experience though, I would suggest something on the other side of rainbow bridge.

I stayed here one night with my brother. We arrived later at night and hoped to catch the 10 pm fireworks. The front desk staff was very helpful and the location was great!

The strength of the hotel is its prime location. It is on River Road and a stone's throw from the Niagara falls and other restaurants and shopping areas. The staff were generally helpful but this is a relatively older property-so, it does not have a lot of modern trappings-so don't expect any. We stayed on the ground floor-across from the hotel lobby and our room was spacious but at the basement level. When we checked in there was a $300 "fee" that was tacked for incidentals and possible damage to the room-this was removed when we checked out. It was explained to us that this is a standard practice that was there in all hotels in the area. This was a surprise for us. Parking is an additional $15 CAD per day. All in all, this is a great location and for the price this is a value proposition that is hard to beat.

Given the great price that I got on this room, I really didn't have high expectations. But when I opened the door, it was a WOW moment. The room was as beautiful as the photos! The bathroom wasn't fancy but was clean. Additionally, the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. For me, the location was perfect as it was so close to the Rainbow Bridge by which I had walked over. There is a lovely indoor pool and simple outdoor spa. I gave it a 4 overall because the restaurant didn't open until later that morning and they did not have a continental breakfast. However, there are MANY eating establishments within walking distance.

Comfortable stay for a family of 4. Within walking distance of the Falls. Great view from the balcony. Nice indoor pool area. Breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced. Our battery wouldn't start in our car and the manager let us use his jumper cables and car to get ours started. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

resturant was not open or bar you and the hotel need to update the web site .everything is not what you both say.

The hotel is in a convenient location at a walking distance from the falls. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom needs updating. No refrigerator in the bedroom. You pay extra for parking and breakfast but breakfast was good.

Michael's inn is a gem. We really enjoyed our stay here. Comparing it to the high priced hotels, michaels inn ranks among them. Definitely will come back.

Very old property, but was clean. No breakfast and parking is extra $12/day (right behind the hotel). Staff not friendly. 15-20 minute walking distance to Niagara attractions.

The beds were very comfy and good view from the room but there was a little walk to the main attractions

My overall experience is OK or not too bad. The hotel location is just a short walk from the falls site. Comparing to other hotels, the price is just the same as many hotels located at the site itself. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a cold night and the room heater thermostat was very old and nonadjustable. The room service could not (or would not) help. For the same money I could have booked in much better hotels in the area.

Reasonably priced. Lovely room! Short walk (around 10 minutes) to Clifton Hill and the Horseshoe falls. Hotel doesn't have free breakfast. There is also no round-the-clock free coffee/tea/water at the hotel and $10 for parking per day -- which, I understand, is typical for most hotels in the area. There is a restaurant at the hotel, open for a limited time in the mornings. Great and friendly staff!

Stayed overnight on our way from Boston to Toronto ( family of three) during2014 Columbus Day weekend. Located in a quiet area just a few steps from Planet Hollywood. The room was clean. The neighbors upstairs were a bit noisy late in the night, a quick call to the reception addressed took care of it. Will definitely recommend it to friends. Our room cost under $65, incl of taxes. Excellent value for money!

Great location and even a better price....pool area has a sweet hot tub.
