I stayed there in june, very first thing i experienced at check in, they wanted me to upgrade my room because room didnt have any fridge. Really !! in june no refrigerator i had to upgrade then in room i found no iron and microvawe. They said i have to come to office to use microwave, travelling with kids and 10 months old baby, such a hassle going back and forth to office everytime baby need milk, ended up buying new microwave from walmart$$$$$. Have to call office everyday if u need clean room/towels If you come late at night, good luck with parking Once i had to park at pay parking and walk to my room I spent more money than really high end hotels right next to niagara falls with falls view If you dont mind these things then its a GOOD motel

lobby was dirty, breakfast area was small and dirty.

All those staff was amazing and so friendly If i go to niagara Ontario Canada, I would love to stay there. Thanks a lot everyone ( staff )

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this place is not for you. But if you are looking for a decent place to stay that is very convenient to the Falls and attractions, then this is the place. Beautiful location right along the Niagara River, clean, great shower, and very comfortable bed. Not much selection for the free breakfast, but the price coupled with free parking (very important amenity in Niagara Falls) made that only a minor issue.

Ripped sheets, blocked flush and tubs, no phones bugs in the bed and carpets with poop

disappionting, no toliet paper, extra towels, no extra pillows, and hair on bathroom floor. No bed spread on bed.

Nice motel. We went there for Niagara Falls and stayed for two nights in two rooms for two families. Upon checking in at 5pm, staff asked for $10 per room per night for use of refrigerator, unexpected. They did recommend that no need to have it in every room. Sounds reasonable and nice so I accepted the extra $20 in one room. Was assigned to neighboring rooms. Bigger room compared with the Super 8 in Washington, DC., parking was easy, but when we returned from Niagara Falls at 10pm, very hard to get a parking slot. I got the last spot I think. Never tried the swimming pool because it was rainy and not hot. The breakfast in the following morning was a nice experience, the receptionist used her Iphone to check travel information for me for about 10 minutes, when she informed me that the helicopter tour costs about $100. very good service from a receptionist. No coded safe box. Generally speaking, good value for your money.

First time I stay at a SUper 8 Hotel and I have to say I am pleasently surprised. The overall experience was better than I expected. Location is great and so is the service. In addition the amenities are really good.

This hotel is run down but serves the purpose if all you want is a place to sleep. The night we stayed there was someone smoking pot near our room. Our room was reasonably clean but smelled very musty. We didn't pay alot for the room so I didn't expect much. But could have done without the smell of pot.

Although the breakfast was a joke--wonder-bread in a toaster, watered down OJ and Corn Flakes--the staff were very friendly and the rating would probably have been higher had I not found long black hairs in both beds. Pretty disgusting, but for $50 a night, what did I expect?

The manager was a thief, he told me that I had a smoke room and charge me $10 for a non smoking and later I found out that my receipt from Obitz was for non smoking. Not everyone is honest.

Nice location, friendly staff, very meager breakfast but good place right next stoor. Overall good

This is a decent hotel. The beds were very comfortable, although the fans are very noisy. The pool is ok, and although certainly not posh, but the location is walking instance from the whirlpool.

We choosed the hotel because it was unexpensive and we needed an accomodation just for one night. It´s a bit far from the falls and the most attractions- so you need to go there with the car and have to pay for parking whereever you want to stop. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast ok for the price we paid.

It ain't the Ritz, but this place had no major problems.

check in/out was very efficient. Staff was helpful. Casino shuttle was a welcome service. Continental breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding.
