I was looking for a nice place for me and the wife to go for a few days. Pick this place. Very nice place. Easy walk to all attractions.

Check-in was a breeze, and the staff at the front desk are super friendly and attentive. Room was very clean upon arrival, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have a chance to use the indoor pool, so we cannot comment on that, but overall our experience here was fantastic. Superb location, walking distance to many great attractions.

This hotel is in a very convenient location close to everything we needed. Nothing was more than 10 minutes away. The staff was very accommodating and met all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff attitudes were pleasant. Rooms were spacious. and both queen size beds were ok. Sheets were cleaned. Parking lot and surrounding area were clean and felt save with family. Don't think I felt unsave at any point. Issues: The rug looked and felt like it needed a deep cleaning. The bathroom linen was very hard almost as if no fabric softener was used felt like stubbing pads on your skin. Balcony outer door lock did not engage properly. Leaving the sliding bar for door the only security feature. Overall: I had a pleasant stay, can the hotel be a lot better- yes. But it served its purpose and I would possibly stay there again if the price was right.

Not worth the price plus hidden fees when you reach the hotel. If you're visiting The Falls stay on the NY side and hop over to CA during the day. International calling on the USA cellphones also. There's an IHOP on the premises, that was nice. Parking is not free. Room was clean and nice.

Hotel is located 1 mile from the Falls and 1/2 mile from night life area. Many fast food places walking distance. The Handicap Room was nice but lacked a refrigerator or microwave. Very good size. Service was pleasant. Hotel has IHOP connected.

Amenities here need a lot of work. You need to have a microwaves, refrigerators in the rooms, improve the Wi-Fi range, but other than that, I am a satisfied customer.

We stayed here for our three day stay at Niagara Falls. We only intended to stay for two night but could not resist a third nights stay because the motel was so accommodating.

We spent 3 days and 2 nites in Niagara falls. The ramada was nice. We had a Jacuzzi suite and it was terrific. My only complaint about the room was that there was no fridge or microwave.

This was a nice place, near but not a view of the falls. Great value. Don't go to the IHOP. Over priced, lousy service

Very friendly and accommodating. But cinch on pillows and towels. The bathroom smelled of urine. The base of the toilets were dirty and old urune.!

Stood at this hotel for a weekend, had to call to have the bed sheets changed because they were stained. They come and fix the beds in the morning but don't provide you with clean towels. Had an amazing time at Canada but would've prefer a different hotel for my stay.

Hotel was nice but got impression that breakfast was included in the price and had none except for expensive IHOP. Also unexpected fees of $21/day.

We requested some towels and the lady was rude and responded, you will get when I can get to you some time today. We told her that we are trying to shower so we can visit the falls and she repeated she will get it to us sometime today..she refused to give us an extra towel..then we came back in the evening and our room was not even cleaned.

The location and condition of hotel did not meet our expectations. Hotel was advertised as newly renovated. The lobby carpeting was threadbare. Space in room was not wisely used. Balcony had no chairs and really could not be used. Staff, however, was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was pretty nice, however, there is a parking fee per night of $14.00. I thought it was included together. It was a pleasant visit.

should not have to pay for parking and using facilities

Check in was awful, never had enough towels for my family (housekeeping actually told me I couldn't have a towel for each person), no towels at the pool, very rude staff, manager refused to speak with us when we asked to meet with him, the room was dirty, shower backed up and check out was horrible. We were told it would take 15 to receive a receipt or we could just leave and they would email or to is - of course that never happened!

It listed 2 blocks away. Not correct 4 blocks is more in line. 20 min walk. No microwave or frig. Very poor. The room has the room for it. I do not not understand. Oh boy and the taxes on the bill. Local, Tourism, federal, state, etc. parking a day $14.00 oh yeah there's a tax on that too! I would select the Holiday inn next time!

The hotel is pretty close to the falls and is clean but they have an extra facilities fee that wosn't mentioneded when I made my reservation and they don't have free parking I paid 14.00 canadian dollar for each night best regardes simona miotto
