Beds were very comfortable however bed linen seemed worn out Rooms are in great need of a facelift. Very old and tired ex: torn wall paper and dirty fixtures

Quiet, clean very good price. Great place to stay.

Should have breakfast for the price. Bed was ok. I would not recommend it to others. The travel to the Niagara is not too bad. There are a few Inns that are near this hotel that look a lot better.

Overall good hotel. Room had an odor of old cigarette smoke. Wifi is not very good. Pool is small for younger kids mostly. The location is very good and ihop downstairs makes breakfast easy. It's expensive though.

We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago it was hilton before.now its ramada hotel..its still great but no free breakfast like before..

Surprised to find this outdated hotel as part of the Hampton Inn chain. Not close to anything, disappointing.

This is an older Hampton. Starting to show a little wear. But very clean and comfortable. Staff was awsome. Front desk staff was amazing. Sam, Crista, and Ray were very friendly and knowledgeable They helped us find our way around, change money, recommend restaurants. Really nice when you are in a strange place. Very convenient to the falls. Local shuttle bus stops right out front. Great way to get around.

A three day trip to Niagra Falls Ont. Four couples, life long friends. Each had their list of things to do, so we did a great many touristy things.

There was confusion on the rate for the 2 rooms I had booked. What they charged me for the first night was about 3 times what they told me when I checked in. When I was checking out, I had to stand in line for more than 20 minutes and the desk clerk was unhelpful, unfriendly and almost rude about the issue. I'll never stay in a Hampton Inn again.

I has stayed at this hotel during this time of the year for the past four years. Next year ,I will find another hotel.

The staff was incredible. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk, everyone we encountered genuinely seemed concerned with our comfort and overall experience. My wife and I were with our 2 year old and this hotel was great for anything we would have needed. My suggestion to anyone planning to stay here would be to get up early if you plan to take advantage of the breakfast. After 8:30-9:00 you'll be hard pressed to find anything available outside of pastries. That would be the only reason I couldn't rate an overall 5/5 experience. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nothing to be excited about but our 2 year old loved it. Outside of our breakfast experience, I have nothing but good things to say about this location.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn on Niagara parkway. Far enough away from the crowd and close enough to walk. Very clean room and really nice bed. The staff was great with directions and a very nice hot breakfast. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Close enough to Falls. Beautiful homes along River Rd. on the way to the Falls.

Good hotel because it's affordable, 2 miles from the falls, has a pool & hot tub. Also, they offer very good breakfast. There is cheap parking lot on Ellen Street for $5 downtown.

Receptionist was admitting us to prison: we had no rights ; we booked with third part & they are independent of hotel chain rules. Requested no smoking -Not possible - they have new category: optional smoking & that's what we get. Whole floor reeked of smoke. Room key wouldn't work Warden returned & wouldn't work for her. Next room - key wouldn't work - have to call maintenance. Recept. said computer is bad- maint. said need batteries. All unpleasant. Then we got no smoking room. Never again ..

Located away from Niagara Falls on the road towards Niagara-on the-Lake. Very quiet location but a car is necessary.Hotel is in very good shape. Beds are very comfortable. Parking is free. Good deal for overnight or a few days stay.

Pleasant staff, clean room, we have stayed here before and is located across the rd from the Niagara to Niagara on the Lake bike trail. Also great QuickStart breakfast, plus free parking, a bit of a walk to the falls, about 2 miles.

Front desk clerks lack friendliness, seem disinterested in their job, are little short on the interpersonal skills and get a little too irritated a little too fast if there is a problem. The hotel is clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable...parking is sufficient...I would stay there again and ignore the front desk...haha

didnt clean room one day cause we didn't leave room till noon shower leaked all over bathroom

We had a room with two queen sized beds. They were terribly uncomfortable. Springs were poking and the edge has some kind of cable running around it. Time for new mattresses. Other than that, the room was nice, the staff was pleasant and efficient and the location worked for us.
