Great location for viewing falls..Night display and fireworks a great suprise..

Very close to everything and free parking was a definite perk as parking in the area ranged from $10-$40 a day! Pool was nice and lifeguard Archie was a great conversationalist and gave a great recommendation to try out Wine on Third, thanks Archiekins!

The worst hotel has been stay. No breakfast, only snack.

Nice because close the activities we wanted to do. Really needs updating, still looked like the 60’s. Took forever to clean room.

nice hotel close to the falls , could use a carpet and bed upgrade staff very friendly AC worked great

Place needs updating so so so bad. The carpet is disgusting, they should just removed them. Also, the ironing table cover had all kind of stains; they allow pets and is obvious throughout the room, as there were teeth marks on the bathroom handle; the caulking coming off the sink. My view from the window was large spider webs and a LOT of spiders, though I then found that to be an issue across the area since it’s right in the park... I am really not a picky person when it comes to this things, , but with high season they got to charge high cost for very crappy place. Too bad for the hotel chain bc now I’ll be thinking twice before booking any HJ.

Bath tub wouldn’t drain, staff was aware of its, had no way to fix it. Room smelled like dirty socks. Only one bath towel was left in the room, but since the bath tub didn’t drain it was a bonus.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to Niagara Falls. But, it really needs to improve many things. Some things that need improvement are the blanket and pillow of the beds .The blanket was burned and the pillows too flat. The room was clean, but the rug was all stained. The bathroom light had a huge spider web. Also, the room furniture needs to be updated. They have very old furniture. The breakfast room needs a lot of improvement. It was too small and the floor was disguisting. Breakfast wasn't bad even though they didn't have eggs. It's a pity that this hotel is in such bad condition, because the location is great. I really, think that they should invest money and update this hotel because this will bring more tourists to their location. I assure if they update this hotel it will be completely full. I, personally would not dare to recommend this hotel to other people. Sincerely Naomi

First night we were there the pool was closed due to a call off. Next day Manager discounted our room. Very nice manager.

I was expected more clean because i have paid 170 $ for the room. what i felt elevator is not cleaned, Bed clothes not cleaned.

Room could have been cleaner. Elevator broke twice in three days. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is probably good to spend a night but not anything more than that...The good thing is that the staff is friendly and hard working!

I enjoyed the visit! No problems a little cold draft from a window and the staff put me in another room. Its an ideal room and hotel is discreet. Minutes from The Falls and very helpful staff. I can't wait to do it again.

No issues during stay. Hotel staff was great. Hotel condition was appropriate. Really close to falls, walking distance.

For all the money this place makes you would think they would re-invest some of it into the property! The carpet on floor 5's hallway is horrible and extremely stained. So sad! The location is perfect to the falls and rainbow bridge! None closer! Property is very quiet and restful, clean room just old and outdated. Front desk was good and they have a help desk for tourist info that was not pushy and tours originating from the hotel with transportation for a few. We chose to tour on our own. Helicopter rides over the falls 2 properties down. Sound did not affect our stay they stop at dusk. Fast food and sit down restaraunts are within a 2-4 mile drive if you want the usual. Many restaraunts within a few blocks, Chilis, TGI Friday's, Casinos with great places to eat.

Greeted by a host that was more interested in pointing out the cons of booking on line (which we had and saved about $60 per night) than making us feel welcome. Hotel is very shabby. Carpet is bumpy with wear. Breakfast was a carb fest. .

Very dirty. Peice of dog poop on carpet, black mold on ceiling, sticky spilled drink in nightstand and dresser. Dead bug in a dresser drawer, long black hair on pillows I had to go down and ask for clean pillowcases. I could go on and on please don't stay here!
