Table, couches & big room Carpet in room was stained, couches was dirty. our first room smelt like pet urine so bad we asked for another room. Breakfast was good.
Understaff no one clean our room for the 5 days stays. Bed was not very clean i saw few stains. The room.has no safe where you can store some important things. Manager was not very friendly

So I've been to La Quinta hotels before in other locations but this one was a terrible experience. The staff was lovely, had no problem with them but when we walked into the room it had a musty funky smell. I turned on the air conditioner to see if the smell would go away, it didn't. They were missing a blow dryer in the bathroom. The bag was in there but no blow dryer. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and comforter. The internet connection was super slow and lagging. There was some type of sticky substance in between the drawers to put my clothes in (kind of looked like gum) and there was wet spot on the carpet when we got into the room. It was like they barley cleaned the room after the previous guests left. Never experienced a hotel room like this in all the years of me traveling. I would not go to this hotel again.
The hotel was very clean and up to date. The breakfast was good. The room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
the pool was green, dirty towel laying in pool area. Had to ask for toliet paper, towels, stayed a week no room service at all during our stay. Husband carried our trash out to the dumpster. Breakfast buffet fair/good. tho out of coffee alot. flow control on bathroom sink missing so every time I turned on the water I got wet from the splash. I have stayed at many La Quinta's and been happy but this one was the worse
Room size
Thr room itself wasnt bad, however the rooms on the roadside are very loud from the traffic...all night long! The breakfast was terrible, poor selection and quality.
The pool is small, there is no hot tub and the pool room was freezing. The staff was rude and one yelled at my child who asked if they could get more juice when it had just turned 10am. The hotel is not near the falls and there is no way you would be able to walk there for under 15 minutes I would recommend the comfort inn or wyngate downtown falls area.
The hotel smell like a swimming pool when we walked in. There were is no soap, clean towels(found wet towels rolled), found bugs on the wall and floor. Just one elevator only. The PRICE is so high it is NOT even close to worth for the amenities.
We had a nice stay
Staff were great and very helpful. Room smelled like pee very strong. Till we went to family dollar and cleaned ourselves. Property was beautifully kept. Breakfast was very good. Loved the waffle maker.
The rooms were kept up to date. Would stay here again
