After the hurricane hit Texas in September, we had to reschedule our vacation and went on to visit Niagara Falls. So our booking occured pretty close to the check in date and we ended up paying 3 or 4 times more of the regular price for the family room. Honestly, it was my first night in a motel like that, with the smelly bathroom and a dead bug in a blanket. So our tip for the last minute travellers: dont be cheap and book smth else in the neighbourhood, the Niagara Falls experience doesnt have to be spoiled by the wrong hotel choice.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend and found it to be a very pleasant experience. Yash at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, making our check in smooth and quick, I talked to him for a few minutes and he never seemed rushed nor did I feel I was bothering him. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed really comfortable. The only thing that I found was that the king size bed needed fitted sheets not flat sheets but it wasn't really a bother as we slept well. The location and the rates were very good so it would be a great place if you were going for a couple of nights on a shopping trip or just to see Niagara Falls. Yash also gave me a receipt for our stay at the time of check in which is very unusual, but appreciated,

Well, the room has a weird smell that isn't pleasant, the bathroom is super tiny and we requested a roll away bed when we made the reservation yesterday, which we had to pay extra for. We checked in over an hour ago and still no roll away bed. Asked the clerk about it and he said he'd be down in a bit... I explained we weren't comfortable with him coming in after we left, and that we want d to go see the falls. Clerk says okay, I will be right down.... 30 minutes later we go to the front desk and she tells us the guy left!?!? The linens are dirty still with stains and hair on them, there are cigarette burns on the furniture, the leather desk chair was dry rotted, and the roof was bad. Update: So we got tired of waiting for the bed, and leave to see the sights and the woman from the front desk calls to say she's there with the bed. It's a 2" hunk of foam laying on the ground with blankets piled on it. Photos attached show our room key for a size comparison.

My wife and I pulled up to the hotel, and were both very hesitant. We typically stay in 4-star hotels, but were on a tight budget for this trip. Staying in an corner motel with exterior doors leading straight to the parking lot was new to us. However, I would like to say we both were pleasantly surprised! The initial check-in was amazing - our clerk, I don't remember his name, might have been the absolutely nicest check-in person I have ever had. He made the check-in process very smooth, but also gave us a map to Niagara falls and explained in detail where we should park and told us about the fireworks they would be shooting off. If he hadn't showed us where to park, we likely would have been driving around for hours trying to find a good spot. Very proactive of him to help us! Our room was also just what it needed to be for the price we paid. It was a little cramped, but the AC worked wonderfully, we had clean towels and shampoo/body soap for the room. We were even surprised to have a microwave and a fridge in such a low budgeted place! Also - every time I went to the front desk, the staff was very quick to help and extremely friendly. This was an overall great experience, and I recommend this place to anyone who is on a tight budget but wants a good place to stay!

Me and my wife stayed for a week back in late Oct 2016 and the manager Yash gave us a great deal on the price. Although the place is dated, however the rooms are relatively clean, and the wifi coverage is great. The only things that are a little weak is the heat and the sound proofing. The location is great, there is a Walmart, Tim Horton, restaurants within 5 min drive of the hotel, and the Niagara Falls is 30 min drive away. Overall it was a very pleasant experience staying at the Knights Inn.

We booked ahead 3 nights for a fine autumn vacation handy to both Buffalo and Niagara Falls, and it is that, and the staff were certainly pleasant. But this experience started off on the wrong foot when we checked in and found out the continental breakfast we really were counting on expired Labor Day. It was indicated as available in season but I'd missed that point in the description. The room had no dresser and no closet, but there is a coat rack on the wall. There was no kleenex, and no coffee pot, and very rough towels. Everything was painted pink, and the plastering and painting was poorly done. The hot and cold water was switched on the sink, but fortunately was correct in the bath. The refrigerator was too cold, everything froze, and the knob for adjustment was broken off. The TV was analog, not digital, and thus certainly not HD. The microwave oven did work fine. We stopped at a large "Super Market" across the street only to find it was just a very large liquor store. And it rained. It rained a whole lot. The bed was comfortable enough, and the room was clean enough. But this turned out to be a very disappointing vacation.

This was our first stay. Very pleasantly surprised. Rooms and bedding very clean and tidy. The manager, Yash, was very helpful and couldn't do enough with maps and directions etc. Great place to stay if you are wanting to see the falls, and plenty of restaurants etc nearby

We stayed at the Knights Inn, Niagara Falls for one week recently. We found the staff, and in particular the manager Yash, to be very courteous and always prepared to help us out. We have stayed here for many years during Labor Day brake and the location is very convenient. The room, furniture & bathroom area was recently completely updated as well as the bed linens

Very nice inn to stay if you want to be close to The Falls 13 minutes away. Clean rooms, nice staff, good safefree parking. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Overall comfortable. Also, if you chose a tour this is on the pick up route.

Can't complain for the money it was a good stop…Quite comfortable many amenities reasonable price a great place to stay for a night or two ... A great place to stay if you're going to visit the Niagara Fall... Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi and beautiful room This has been my first experience at a Knights Inn, I won’t mind booking an another one in future.
