For an overnight stay it was not bad. Granted, for non smoking rooms they still smelled little bit like smoke. But we needed a room to sleep in, and for less than forty bucks it was perfect!

Very noisy plumbing sound and neighbor talking, but a lot of restaurant to choose on Lundy's lane and convenient!

Hotel photos on website are deceptive. Hotel is very old and interior including bedding is not renovated. Cheap option to stay if you do not care about these things.

Good experience. The light in our room ceiling didnt work but other than that it was fairly good. Good breakfast. Overall a good deal.

The rooms are outdated, not clean the shower curtains had black spots which means fungus also the room smell.

The hotel is very old and run down. It is in a very good location, and it was one of the cheapest in the area. That is why we booked it. The rooms smelled pretty bad and there was a few papers on the floor from the previous people. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

We checked in and immediately checked out. Absolutely filthy, bugs in the bed, and terrible stale cigarette stench in the rooms. We looked at 4 different rooms, thet were all the same......disgusting.

Clean and comfortable, but the Wifi didn't work. It was clean however.

I only stood there for a few hours, but the hotel was good. There are restaurants around the area, which I loved that. Very clean.

I read other reviews before I booked this room and expected a little more. I don't think it was dirty but just outdated. For the money it was not terrible. The free breakfast was not bad.

I usually stay at this Howard Johnson because of the price and the free breakfast. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They fix problems fast. The rooms are always clean. The shower is hot and has good force. Overall it is a very good stay. I always come back. Thanks.

we were traveling from canada, and decided to take a non-scheduled break journey at niagara falls. the room was filty. the staff changed it to a different room, to find it more filthy.

diety, rooms not clean, the bath tub was broke, the water did not drain

Although the place was simple. It was also very nice and clean, with cozy rooms and very friendly staff. I would recomend this to friends and family for a quick overnight getaway. Ps the heart shapped jaccuzzi tub was a huge plus!!

Very near to Niagara Falls and to all attractions. I enjoy it to stay in this hotel.

I visit the Niagara Falls and the location of the hotel was perfect, just blocks away no too far by car and everything was near. I love it.

Pleasant no frils hotel. Great for cheap accomidation in NF.

Staff was very helpful. Always go out of their way to help you. The breakfast waffles were great. Staff helped make them too. Very comfy bed. Near the golf courses.

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was muffins, toast, cereal with milk, canned fruit and waffles with juice and coffee/tea. I didn't get hot water for a shower one morning, don't know if I didn't run the water long enough or if it was gone. Everything else was fine the bed was comfortable. There are no particular frills, by the price was good. I would stay there again.

it not our first time staying there. we go there mostly in the winter, in the summer hotels in the falls are very expensive. we like the place, but this time the room was not as good as the times before. the AC/Heather was not working properly, the bathroom heather heated the place , so we left the bath door open. the room needs a little TLC, but hey is a 2 starts motel, your get what you pay. please don't get me wrong, this is a good place, maybe only this room is one of the exceptions. I saw some ants in the bathroom, and cleaning lady/man need to be more careful. in the bright side; the front counter person was really nice, and accommodated our needs graciously. we will be back.
