Greeted by a host that was more interested in pointing out the cons of booking on line (which we had and saved about $60 per night) than making us feel welcome. Hotel is very shabby. Carpet is bumpy with wear. Breakfast was a carb fest. .

Very dirty. Peice of dog poop on carpet, black mold on ceiling, sticky spilled drink in nightstand and dresser. Dead bug in a dresser drawer, long black hair on pillows I had to go down and ask for clean pillowcases. I could go on and on please don't stay here!

Room was clean and comfortable. Some road noise at night but not too much.

Room was clean and the breakfast was OK. We liked how close it was to the falls and other sights to visit.

The room smell had to buy candles hair dry didn't work breakfast suck the place needs a lot of help pool was cold the only good thing r close to the falls and u night girl and one pool boy was very nice

Hotel needs updates. Elevator is a scary experience. EXCELLENT LOCATION. Short walk to the falls. Limited breakfast, but acceptable considering hotel. Staff was fantastic. WiFi was out most of our stay.

Hotel was nice, staff great, pool availability sucked.

My buddies and I drove to Niagara Falls from New Hampshire for the night. We got here and found that it was super close (walking distance) to the falls. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Food was close, attractions, etc.

Rude frintbdesk staff. Smelly rooms. Smelly corridors. Old furniture. Weak Internet. Breakfast room is so small that you have to stand only to have your breakfast. I can never recommended this hotel to any one.

Great place to stay and close to the fall. walking distance to dine-in restaurants and free parking. It is also in reasonable price with provided breakfast and swim pool is great, as well as the sauna in there.

I read the reviews of this hotel before booking so my expectations were not high but I was still disappointed. Vacuuming the rug so that there is not visible debris in the room should be a given, not a luxury. Stains on the blankets? No, thank you. Besides the lack of cleanliness, the chain on the door was missing and the safe was non functional. This hotel is in dire need of an overhaul.

This hotel is close to the falls, about 15 minutes walk. The room was a bit smelly and bit old. Everything in the room looked like it is about to break, an ok stay if you can a get discount and if u r just staying for couple days.

couldn't open the window as it was a smoking room. that was awful!

I do not recommend! Rooms were dirty and staff rude. Air conditioning didn't work correctly in rooms. No breakfast (except dry cold cereal) 30 min after it started. Parking was not ideal.

room itself was good and although the place was outdated in a way it was pretty clean and good value for the money. The pool was only open fropm 4pm to 10pm on the weekdays. Could of been open longer in the day. The breakfast was not that good --no bagels just white bread but did have fruit.

Worst hotel and it shouldn't be advertised, it should be shut down

The location is perfect for walking around near Niagara Falls. The room was OK, but the overall condition of the hotel is rather dated. It worked for our purposes though.

Worst hotel ever experienced. Looking OLD is fine but I was not able to use WIFI for 3days! They didn't fix it while I was staying. Terrible! Dirty n gross. Needs to be updated.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this was a decent price. The pool is small but deep, barely allows for swimming, kids can't play in it.

Great location could hear the falls from our hotel and it was a short walk to the falls .
