you just get a room and all the basics also they should give you all the fees up front when booking not just the room and tax rate

My great deal that I thought I had when I logged out of orbitz disappeared when I checked in and was hit with ridiculous fees and a room deposit that has not been returned. The room had a bad odor and you could smell other people using the toilet when walking in the hall. I suggest you stay somewhere else. If price is the deciding factor remember you will pay more when you check in.

Poor customer service. Had to change my first room due to bad odor as if the carpet was wet. Paid for parking, paid for one tiny fridge, no microwave and no breakfast. Checked out the next morning to get another hotel. Will not recommend this hotel.

internet and cable television didn't work could be a lot cleaner no ice - non of the ice machines in the hotel worked. Had to get ice from restaurant next door they charged my credit card for room even though I prepaid

Good location, few minutes away from Niagra fall. Parking is not free

When I was booking the room online they promise 2 Queen sized beds in a room. They changed the rooms to 2 double beds. They also promised WIFi. The WiFi never worked. Going to front desk to correct the situation was not helpful. The Ice cooler in the hall way made a tremendous noise the whole night. I had booked the room for 2 nights but left after first night.

Other than a $10/day charge for parking, it was a great room.

Beware of the Ants and there is no elevator so if you physically challenged, beware.

Upon our check in to the hotel we were taken back that the hotel did not have a elevator, but we gave it a shot. We used the public rest room with the matted carpet and mildew, but we gave it a shot. The final straw was the amount of ants that were in our bed, walls, and bathroom. Stay next door at the Comfort Inn.

The hotel is nothing special but has a good location and is within walking distance of the falls. Much less expensive than the surrounding hotels. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time hanging out at the hotel, it is a good option.

Great location, within easy walking distance of the falls. Looks OK from the ooutside and the outdoor pool is fine. Inside is old, worn and dirty including the room carpet.

the stay at the days in niagara falls was great. the hotel is located in the heart of everytyhing or at least walking distance. had a great time.

It had the necessities, and it was clean. Nothing too special, but it was a good place to sleep and shower.

We stayed here one night on our way back to the States from Montreal. We were looking for something on a budget. The room was better than what I thought it would be, given the condition of the hallway. The hallway was quite long and not very well lit. When arriving, I had to repeatedly sign papers saying that there would only be 2 people in the room and we would not have a party. Despite that, there was a loud party above us. The room was ok, but I was nervous sleeping in the sheets. I have never seen sheets so threadbare, ever. The tv only had about 3 watchable channels (the rest seemed stuck). We had to pay an extra $10 for parking which was rediculous and just another way to get more money. In the lobby there was a sign for the parking lot to advertise for general parking. It was about 4 blocks from the Falls and I can't imagine anyone just wanting to park there. After taxes and parking, the hotel was $70, which I cannot believe this hotel cost that much. Spend a few more bucks and stay some place else.

We were here sunday night of labor day weekend. I know is a special weekend and the weather was awesome. But we paid $130 for a room that was smelly, kind of clean, the bathroom is a horror movie. If you pay $60, then you expect something like this, for $130 plus $10 for parking, you wish for something a little bit better.

Stayed two nights. Room was clean and spacious for us (two adults and an infant). If you are looking for reasonable accommodation near the fall, I would recommend Daysinn.

I was worried at first to book a place sight unseen but decided to go with a chain. Days Inn was a good value and turned out to be a good location. You could walk to just about everything. There wasn't a view of the falls but with a short walk and having access to the Oakes Hotel the falls were at your fingertips. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size but the decor was a little lacking. It is a somewhat typical motel room but we were on the go so we spent little time there. Just enough to sleep and shower, so I thought it was fine.

Central location, clean room, reasonable price and good customer service.

A fantastic location close to everything and for a great value considering the circumstances. Being surrounded by giant hotels that at upwards of $300/night, this was a great catch. It is a Days Inn so dont expect any amazing views, amenities or beautiful furniture, but when your on vaca, whos in the room aside for sleep anyway!? Great location, walking distance to everything from restaurants to the falls and even Clifton hill's nightlife. Good value, but its only that you have to pay a whopping 10 bucks for parking per night that's a little ridiculous. (just park at the restaurant across the street). We were forced to stay an extra night because of a hurricane back home, but the staff was understanding and gave us a discount for our extra night. Overall good choice and i would stay there again, mostly for cost, and definitely for location.

1. Days Inn charged $10.00 for parking each day; however, the parklot looked like a rundown place. 2. They charged phone call which did not go through. 3. No direction on the phone usage. 4. The room was comfortable.
