Stayed two days to experience Niagara Falls. Loved the boat ride near the falls. Enjoyed going in the SkyWheel! It was very busy walking around at night due to it being their Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Much quieter the next night. Easy to get around by walking and driving! Enjoyed the winery's one afternoon.

Wonderful hotel. Walking distance to everything, staff was very helpful and had great recommendations.

Excellent hotel that was easily within walking distance to everything around Niagara Falls. Very inexpensive , that is if you don't care for a room overlooking the falls. We did not care about that so it was a no brainer . Excellent breakfast included with the room rate. Not just the average comp. breakfast . They had hot eggs and sausage , waffles , fruit, cereal etc. Selected this hotel , after viewing all the positive comments form previous visitors. You CANNOT go wrong staying here !!!!!!!!!!!!

Close to falls, breakfast was ok what do you want for free if you are going to see falls and that's it perfect

breakfast is included ,comfortable and clean. only stayed for one night. will recommend this hotel

This hotel is an amazing location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go from our hotel. The room was clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful by giving suggestions on places to go. The free breakfast was great! A lot of options, including make your own waffles. There is free coffee in the lobby, and there are delicious cookies at the check in desk. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a hot tub, and we used that every night after walking all day. A great stay! We were very happy with this hotel!

Quick overnight trip. Great location, across the street from Niagara Casino, about a block or two from Clifton Hill. And a few more blocks walk and your at the falls. Would stay again.

Checked in Saturday for one night to spend the day in Clifton Hills. Awesome room at a great rate. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever been to at a hotel. Our room was clean & the jacuzzi tub & bathroom appeared to be clean as well. Would definitely recommend & would love to come back!

Hotel and hotel room were very dated. Definitely needs a serious face lift. Not sure how it is in the top 3 hotels on TripAdvisor. Decent location, friendly staff. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. Pool and hot tub needed work as well. Not what we were expecting, and likely would not stay again.

Excellent, not a bad walk to the falls. Beds are comfortable, I think the hotel would be a hit if they had a Omelet Station, it would make it very competitive with the other big hotels closer to the falls.

We arrived at the hotel around noon. The front desk girl said the room wasn't available yet and check back sometime after 1. No problem. We get back at 2:15. A different lady started to check us in and then said oh never mind the cleaning staff just changed the room back to not ready. No problem I asked how much longer. She said just a little bit but no later than 3pm cause check in is guaranteed by 3pm. Part of our group had already started unloading the car since the lady originally starting checking us in. So we decided to wait in the lobby because they had couches. The first girl calls us back up after 15 minutes and says the rooms are ready. We sign all the paperwork and she takes our credit card. Then says oh nevermind, the cleaning staff changed the status again. Oh ok, we'll just wait. At 3pm (when it has to be guaranteed by) she calls us up and says only one of our two rooms are ready. We asked what about the guaranteed check in time. She said yea it's guaranteed at 3 but we were kind of busy last night. So We wait another half hour and a guy who dressed like a manager came out and said our room was ready. We asked what happened to 3pm guarantee. He said yea it's a guarantee, were getting you checked in now. So one of our group asked for a comment card or 1-800 number in which we can leave a comment. And he said we're sorry it's late, but youre getting checked in now so I don't know what you're trying to get out of this. (No more room in this comment, sorry Its long)

Close enough to walk to all attractions. Staff was very helpful. Little disappointed in the cleanliness

we has a really nice stay at the hotel. it is 7 minutes walking distance to the falls. 2 min walk to the indoor water park. breakfast has a large selection of foods.

All good, liked the stay. Very convenient location

After a long wait getting across the bridge from the USA, it was a nice welcome to arrive at the Country Inn and Suites in Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. The location is perfect, just on the edge of the tourist area, and about a 10 minute walk to the edge of the falls. The staff was very professional and responded quickly to our requests. Can't be beat!

very nice place to stay, excellent experience. 5 star rating for sure

It was good but not great the service was good and the bed was alittle uncomfortable my card to the door didn't work I had a big issue

We have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 or 5 years now and wouldn't think of any other ones to stay at.

The staying experience is better than expected. But the facility is a little bit old.

This was the kids 1st time on an airplane and in another country....the hotel was great. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. Clean room, friendly staff. The pool was a nice treat.
