There were four rooms reserved, one was a handicapp room, when we arrived we were told that they only had two handicapp rooms and they were already occupied and we had to take a regular room. Also we booked a tour of the falls through the front desk and were told that there would be a meal served we found out the tour from another hotel employee that there is no food on the tour, I think that the employees need to know the corret info. For the most part the front desk was very helpful.

It feels like a motel. The only positive aspect of it is being close to attraction and 10 min walking to the niagra falls. Don't let the pictures fool you!

It was a nice experience. First time i stayed at this hotel. I will say this is a very good hotel. I visited this hotel in November thats why no rush and everything seems nice and clean. From my experience if you want to check the hotel visit them in peak months i mean summer.

Great location just across the casino and 10 minutes down the horeshoe falls The facility is undergoing some upgrading of the carpts and elevator floor so I would expect their review by end of the year will be better Staffs are frieedly

Very dirty floor all over....corider and rooms. I actually felt itchy on the bed and pillows. The extra room attached to the room has no ventilation and window is sealed as well!

Hotel is Dark and outdated. Huge tub with small shower. Have shampoo on wall coming out of a dispenser! Seriously! The toilet broke, fire alarm went off one night. Parking situation was a mess. Only have ice machine on every other floor. Lighting in room is awful. The wifi was very inconsistent. The coupon deals are no deals. A joke. This IHOP charges you a tourist FEE for eating at their restaurant! This fee is not negotiable and not regulated. People were walking out when they found out. The check-in staff was impersonal and could not answer half our questions which caused us check out problems later. I could go on and on...

We had a good stay however the last night we were there the handicap door would not open nor could anyone exit... was traveling with someone handicap and had a rougher time getting them into the hotel due to this.. the door was broke for about an hour...

They charge $20 a day for parking and they don't have enough.

This hotel turned out to be a disappointment. No AC in the hallways. Empty soda machines. The in room AC unit was so loud you couldn't get any sleep and the shower was horrible. Water collected to your knees and then afterwards you had to stand there and hold the drain for 20 minutes to empty the tub. Oh and surprise! $15 a day to park. Wish I put that extra $15 to a better hotel!

The hotel staff were unfriendly and not helpful. WiFi was spotty if it worked at all. The only upside was the hotel was within walking distance of the falls.

Great location. Rooms are decent. A bit pricey. Parking is an extra 20 that I wasn't expecting. Overall it was a good place.

For $200 (US) a night I expect a lot more. Pros: Location. It is about a 10 minute walk from The Falls. Cons: Dirty bathrooms. Looks like no one ever bothers to clean the floors. Hairy towels. Supposedly fresh towels had hair in them from previous guests. Hairy shower and bathroom walls. Little bit of mold above the shower. Dirty, frayed and smelly old carpet in the hallways. Staircase smelled of pee.

Good location and huge room. Everything was clean. Restaurants within walking distance. Skylon tower and falls within walking distance too.

Nice hotel, basic, beds comfortable. Close to falls, restaurants.

The hotel is disgusting. Very dirty. The staff is rude and not helpful. The "hot tub" did not have a heater. We found a bug on our bed and the staff would not move our rooms

Air condition was too noisy and not that cold. Old carpet and room, not satisfied with our stay and would not stay again

Disappointed.. It is not a hotel type of facility.

just alright nothing special

not worth it.

I have opted this hotel looking at the reviews however to my surprise, I found that it is not as good as it was rated. the carpet really stinks as if it was never cleaned or washed. The room has also fowl smell. It is more of a motel than hotel. I would never stay in this place again. :(

Very dirty floor all over....corider and rooms. I actually felt itchy on the bed and pillows. The extra room attached to the room has no ventilation and window is sealed as well!

Hotel is Dark and outdated. Huge tub with small shower. Have shampoo on wall coming out of a dispenser! Seriously! The toilet broke, fire alarm went off one night. Parking situation was a mess.
