Check in was good, room was clean. We had a two day stay, Friday to Sunday. Sat. morning we went down to breakfast, eggs looked like they were scrambled in a bowl and poured into a pan then set out for customer consumption. Breakfast attendant emptied trash then proceeded to refill coffee cups etc.WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES SHE WORE TO EMPTY THE TRASH OR WASH HER HANDS. I reported this to the front desk clerk but se didn't seem to care and answered the phone while I was still talking to her. Sunday morning we ate at the Waffle House. I work in a Hotel and would never dream of treating a guest the way I was treated by the front desk clerk that Saturday morning. One bad attitude spoils the whole bunch, we will definitely NOT stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This experience was the worst. We received poor treatment from management regarding the conditions of the room. We were most dissatisfied with the bathroom. It had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and we were blamed by the manager on duty Alyssa. We had not used a single bath towel or anything, only the sink and toilet; we checked-in and left to enjoy our homecoming festivities. We returned from our events around 2:00 AM noticing the soap scum and filth of the tub. She proceeded to ask why we did not call at 2:00 AM, as if the tub could be cleaned at 2:00 AM. We waited til the morning when housekeeping could come clean. With an attitude, she ask " What do you want me to do?" Zero customer service skills and not a single apology. After a morning run around and three phone calls, our room was cleaned around 2:00 PM. The next night, we noticed there was a family of roaches. We called down to the night manager and spoke with the front desk upon check out. I have been trying to speak with the GM, Jason Bhuller, regarding the conditions and treatment by the manager on duty. He emailed saying he would call me. I have not heard from him, at all. I reached out to their corporate office to voice my concerns and treatment. I received my first apology since reporting the conditions from the corporate office. I asked for refund and was only given 20% off for each night by the hotel. The corporate office gave me reward points. I have attached pictures below. The affordable price is not worth the poor treatment and cockroaches. I would like to commend our housekeeper Suzette (sp) for making sure the room was up to par. Find another hotel in the area, even if it is more expensive.

Know Before You Go: *Located near several hotels in the area...convenient location, close to expressway and food places. *There is a $25 incidental fee if you use a credit card, and a $100 incidental fee if you are paying cash. You will need to have this money in your account or on hand in order to check in. *The hallways have low ceilings, as do the ceilings when you get into the room and the bathroom (not for tall people.) The bathroom is on the small side (not for large people.) *The tv did not work here at night. The hotel said it was a power outage. The tv didn't come back on until morning. *The fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night. Although I am a Choice Privileges member, I was not given anywhere near the price in "points" that I paid for the room. I certainly can't "give them another chance" with the points offered. It may have been due to people who complain trying to get things given to them and that is why they handle things a certain way. I didn't complain about the small things, housekeeping flaws or the loud ac etc. However, I really was annoyed that I paid for a hotel and expected a working tv to watch, in addition to the hallways being quiet at night and not having fire alarms going I felt my dissatisfaction was justified. For these reasons, I can't recommend the hotel for the price.

Wonderful visit, from time we have arrived. Super clean, rooms have new beds, handicap rooms are as stated and plenty accessible. Close to food, shopping, gas stations. Indoor pool, and workout area clean. Front desk helpful on answering questions.

I can honestly say the front desk is cool, housekeeping is definitely on their job, I will be returning, the hotel is in walking distance to all restaurants and places to shop, well done quality inn, thanks

didn't research the hotel before calling,they seemed the only ones to have a room.they quoted $129 for a Saturday night and wouldn't take my travel morning manger was suppose to take off the discount so we left,got my credit card bill,they charged $149 and now cant get a call back from anyone.would never stay there again,and the night staff was rude and very unhelpful.

Chosen on a whim and should have gone somewhere else. The room was ok but the rest of the hotel was rundown. They said that the place was being renovated but we did not see any work being done. The hallways had no A/C so were very hot and stuffy. Rubbish in the hallways, elevators were better suited for service use not for guests. Standard free breakfast and otherwise quiet.

" Wow" want a mess! Stayed at this hotel for the weekend, the hotel staff (night shift) was very unprofessional. Didn't know what I was getting into until I got there (should have check this site). A friend booked it for me (truly a MISTAKE). When I walked in I notice how shabby it was, the hallways and elevator (only one working) was nasty and filled with debris ( Broke cardboard, chalk, and rubbish) all over the place. Wasn't told it was under renovation by anyone. The room was clean (yet dated) but the service was POOR if there were ANY SERVICE for that matter !!! We call for extra towels and washcloths and were told to come down stairs to get them, then when we did we were told to bring down the old (used towels). "Really" do I look like housekeeping - who's paying who??? The toilet stopped up (call NO Maintenance/after over an hour) - called again after waiting was told to "come get the plunger myself ". I did, but was truly NOT a happy camper. This place is in need of NEW MANAGEMENT as well as RENOVATION. This "dew drop inn" is convenient to nearby shops, malls, and restaurants (W. Mercury Blvd) but unless they reorganize, restructure and RENOVATE (I wouldn't spend a dirty dime on this old outdated DUMP!!!)

Visited here in September 2015 and its a little dated, however, they are renovating so hopefully upgrades will improve this hotel. Our air conditioner wasn't quite working correctly so the hotel manager gave us a credit. They are very accommodating. I would rather wait until renovations are complete before I stay here again.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out elissa at the front desk made our stay very enjoyable with her pleasant personality and making sure all our requests were met with a smile and can do attitude. The hotel seemed to be older but well taken care of. Our room was very nice and clean so that was a plus and the beds were so comfortable and soft. (Kudos to the maids) The only "con" my wife and I had was that the bathtub wouldn't drain fast enough, this could be because the hotel was older but other than that everything was perfect. This is a great location with lots of restaurants close by as well as places to shop. Breakfast was very enjoyable, my children loved the waffles! Thanks so much for making our stay exceptional. We definitely will be back!!
