Hotel is a bit run down. The room was sweltering upon arrival and air conditioner took a long time to cool it down - though it ultimately got there. Towels were tiny and thin. Room had a bit of a stale odor - though not awful. For a lowish cost, quick overnight, it was OK.

This Hotel was the most disgusting, filth hotel I have ever stayed at. We were traveling with limited funds to bring our Son Home from Fort Eustis so we could not pay for another hotel. I wish I could tell how disgusting it was online when booking because I would have paid a little more to stay somewhere that was at least sanitary. I didnt sleep for 3 days. I never walked on the carpet without shoes on. Urine stained walls, Spider nest in window, leftover toenails from God knows who. Looks like Blood Stains on window coverings. Burn holes in pillows and blankets. Dead insects, Roach hotel. Crack house ,Coack Roach and prostitution hotel. Orbits need to remove all affiliation with this place to save some reputation. I cannot believe they would ever recommend this place.

Arrived at the hotel, I was immediately turned off. there were 2 shady looking characters hanging in the lobby that were not a part or employee of hotel. I felt uneasy and afraid to stay there. I only stayed one night, but will never return. room needs pain and toilet was stopped up. I rate this hotel a 1 out of 5

Dirty, crime scene stains on rug, no wash cloths, had a small frig that didn't get cold, lock on door was broken, 2 out of 3 lamps didn't work, drapes on window didn't close tight - people walking by could see in, worst place we've ever stayed in!

Check in waa quick and easy. The stair wells were rusty and littered with trash. The carpet and bed spread were stained. The toiket was filthy. Yuck!

There were no sheets on the beds, was told my room was not ready so was giving a different room with out a fridge and microwave! People were standing around outside and you could smell pot everywhere, and the room was musty. Also the hotel owner was rude and yelling at people !!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Arrived at the hotel very late after a concert (About 1130ish). Had booked 3 rooms with friends. One friend went to the room given to her. She walked into the room and found PEOPLE IN THE SHOWER!! She immediately went back downstairs where the room desk clerk told her it was impossible, that no one was assigned to the room and she had went to the wrong hotel room. Totally false. Not to mention the clerk did not walk himself to the room to figure out for himself if people were actually staying in the room. Instead called her a liar. After this he gave us the only room available. We walked into the room and it was absolutely AWFUL!!!! The placed reaked of cigarette smoke, I couldn't even breathe. The curtains had burn holes in them as well as the comforter. IT WAS DISGUSTING. The other room we had did not smell AS bad but there were cigarette stains/burns everywhere!! I would never stay in this hotel ever again. The desk clerk was extremely rude as well. Pretty much insinuated that my friend was wrong and went to the wrong hotel room. FALSE. We even walked back that way and she proved to me herself that was not the case. Thankfully we received a refund for the absolutely awful room but in turn had to share a room with another couple that was with us. This place was absolutely unacceptable.

The room I booked they were out of. Then the room was very cold the heat didn't work well. Upon leaving the lady at check out just brushed me off..

This is a cheap-o hotel that happened to have clean rooms. Old property, not in a great area of town, and not as nice as the pictures. Room was small and dated but clean, staff were friendly and courteous, and a Steak n' Shake is going up next door. However, pool was cloudy, towels were very rough, parking lot was in bad shape, and the clientele was a little seedy (although everyone kept to themselves). We were probably more uncomfortable because we had our young teenagers with us. The hotel worked for what we wanted, i.e., an inexpensive room for a last-minute weekend trip, but the rate we paid was about 40% too high, and we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I booked this hotel for some customers and myself who were down for a fishing trip. The location was with in five minutes of the charger service which was great. However, the hotel is not at all what it appears to be by the picture. In fact we thought we were at the wrong place. The pictures present a very modern, clean and upscale establishment. However, everything was dirty. There were people drying their clothing on the fence and hand rails. People were loitering around the hotel at all hours of the night. One of clients even had a lady of the night approach him and his wife. If it was not for the jazz festival being in town and there being no vacancies at other establishments we would have left.

Although the manager was nice enough she complains. Fridge didn't work and no pillows. Fixed those issues quickly. To Many people standing in front of our room talking late evenings. Large number of late teens from neighboring areas hanging out in parking lot in front of our room. Price way too much for no sleep two nights in a row.

The hotel definitely needs upgrades and while I was told the building was non-smoking my room did not smell of smoke but it was obvious someone smokes in the hallway. The room was clean and that is all I could ask for. The staff was unbelievable friendly and polite.

It was ok. I liked the bed.the room was clean. Parking was cool
