Great location, restaurants are great, grounds are very well kept. The room, especially the bedroom was filthy. Lack of housekeeping staff was noticeable.

Stayed over a dozen times when it was a Grace property- this was our first time back since it had changed management. Must say, while everything was more than acceptable we did miss the welcome glass of sparkling wine, complimentary bottle of wine in the room, and cookies at turn down. Little touches that made this a favorite of ours (and we had come to expect when staying here) were missed, but still, overall good experience.

Great location Didn’t need a car. Makes the Newport experience fabulous .
