Location is the key.

This small apartment was in an excellent location. Walking was easy, and we were literally no more than 8 minutes away from anything we wanted to drive to. One surprising bonus was the lighting. Plenty everywhere. The necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were plentiful. Our only complaint is the bedroom gets excessively hot at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would stay there again.

The property is in a terrific location within easy walking distance of Thames Street and the wharves. The bathroom has been recently renovated and is lovely. There is parking for each of the suites on property. Amanda was immediately accessible by phone. The bedroom is nice, as well as the kitchen area. The living area could use a refresh, especially the carpet. Temperature control is strange: temperature doesn't go above 69, doesn't stay where you set it and the thermostat is motion controlled, so it lights up in the middle of the night when you use the bathroom. Noise from occupants of other units can be annoying.

Yearly Newport vacation with a friend

Very roomy. Beds were comfortable. Location is ideal. Qiuet and private. Only suggestion would be clearing out the front of the stairs when it rains. The puddles were quite large. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Paying for location

No frills private apartment in a great location. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. The shower leaves a bit to be desired, but if you're not picky and won't be hanging out in the apartment then it's got all the basics covered. Good parking spot is a plus.
