Totally not with the money! When I showed up to check in, the hotel didn’t have a record of my reservation. It’s was quite a shock. I’ve booked in Expedia before and this never happened. The staff was able to find a room for me, but it wasn’t the same quality room as the one I already paid for when I booked. The room was dark and shabby and badly in need of updating. It was clearly in one of the older buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a saving grace of my trip. However, I’m soured on Hyatt hotels now. Too expensive for what you get.
