There was food spilt along the hallway floor, and still left there the next day, the actual room was clean enough though. We bought our own blankets as our experience in the past has been that there wasn’t enough bedding. It was fine this time but it wouldn’t pass in winter.

Seems every time I stay here there is something not right with my room. Last visit before this one had me change rooms twice. Firstly the pillows were as flat as a tac, secondly the air con in the room was not very efficient, thirdly the air con was filthy, and lastly the heat was radiating of the walls from the outside temp, I reckon I could cook a steak on the wall. we got moved to next door which wasn't any better, so I asked for a room on the other side and finally a nice cool room besides the smell it had it was a lot better. You really need to rethink your pillows because honestly they are shit, to put it bluntly. This stay wasn't much better. The room we were in was nice and cool (thumbs up) but then the bathroom light would not work. so we were changed to another room which was spacious, I will give you that, but the air con was not efficient and it was filthy. Again you need better pillows, one was hard as a rock and the other flat as a tac, can not win. The front desk staff were accommodating, which is great. The cleaner however is rude and inconsiderate, she continues to talk to the staff when there are people waiting to either check in or ask about something, she will finish her conversation before she moves on, I consider this quite rude and inconsiderate especially when there are guests waiting. If she needs to talk to the desk staff she can do it when there is no one waiting, or continue her conversation later with whom she is talking to. Do I stay again? hmm
