This place is awful Orbitz or Ramada should not do business with this hotel it smells it's outdated conditions are poor

Never cleaners the room no papers toilet the really not good

It was ok. Not exceptional but ok enough to work with.

Shower was not clean, hotel has little reinvestment. Probably suitable in India but not in the U.S. A bad representive For Ramada. Check out early because because low quality establishment.

When checking into the hotel I didn't realize that I selected a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. They were very accommodating and easily switched me mover to the proper accommodations.

Staff was very friendly, but first room i was in had bed bugs. No extra discount was offered, or anything besides just switching rooms (kinda standard when that happens?) Looked like construction was going on, so there was an odd smell I'm convinced from maybe replacing old carpets etc? Probably not good fora long stay, i only spent a couple nights. Would stay again, but just make sure to check the beds.

I had reserved 3 rooms we hoped would be close together - 2 were next to each other, the third was around the corner. Mine was one of the 2 together, but it stunk of cigarettes which I smelled the minute I opened the door (it was a "non-smoking room"). I had someone else in our group come in to make sure it wasn't just me - it wasn't - it smelled awful. I was given a new room, which was fine; but it was on another floor, not near either of the other 2 rooms. The bathroom tub showed signs of age. All staff we interacted with was very nice and pleasant.

The beds were clean and the bathrooms were clean. The floors were not vacuumed in the room or halls.... Had to wait to be checked in... The continental breakfast was good. The price was OK. Compared to other hotels in the area this was one of the lower priced ones.

Terrible hotel! Dirty from construction on our hallway! There was no elevator and no one to help with bags up the stairs. We reserved a room with 2 queen queen beds - traveling with friends-but were giving a room with 1queen bed and a pull out couch ! No shampoo in the bathroom and only 1 soap bar.Carpet was old and dirty. Breakfast was a joke- not enough food for all guest, not even enough coffee! Everything is old and dirty all over!

the room was clean and that is about the only good thing i can say about it. the free shuttle from stewart is not available 24/7 as advertised.. the constant steps and stairs are a pain in the neck and elsewhere.. the card keys are faulty.. their check in system seems to always hit a snag.. i didn't feel much more than a number. the breakfast was good and of course the pool was closed due to technical diffilculties

interesting stay, lots of security. bed mattress needed replacement, could feel metal. staff friendly and helpful. motel as advertised and worth the money. overnight delight

This is a comfortable hotel located in the town of Newburgh about an hour and a half north of New York City. Very pretty little town and a cozy room for an affordable rate. It's a Ramada and it's basically a motel/motor inn so don't expect to be wowed with luxury. Nonetheless, the room was clean and well kept was pretty much what I expected. The best part about this hotel is that it is located not too far from NYC, so if you don't mind taking the train to and from Hoboken, NJ (and boarding the PATH trains from there) this is not a bad deal at all. I would recommend if you're looking for a more affordable way to do NYC.

The hotel is very nice and clean the man at the front desk is really nice and cheerful when ever me and my bf go. The rooms are very clean and big the only down side is it says it has free wifi and doesn't and if people in the other room are fighting you deff can hear that other then that it's location is great and next to many food places

A bed to sleep after a long day of travel out dated but not to bad

Honestly I have stayed at the hotel next door and for less pay and better service. I wasn't pleased with the staff. The front desk were screaming and werevery rude to other customers and as soon as the customers left they kept trash talking them. I had also asked general questions like where the ice machine was located and they answer in a rudely mannered. Maybe the only thing I liked was the location. It is very easy to find and its surrounded by a lot of stores.

Hotel was what I expected. Good for overnight stay while traveling.

I thought for the purposes of my stay, this hotel did my job. The price was absolutely perfect, especially since I booked at the last minute. However, the staff could've been better. I didn't appreciate the fact as soon as I went to check in they asked if I was old enough to make a reservation. They should've just asked for my license and card.

Room was what you would expect for the price. Bed was OK and I got my sleep in. Only regret was the 10 minutes it took for the clerk to sign me in despite the room being prepaid.

The Motel is older and most of the rooms are in a strip where there are 6-10 rooms and then a short set of steps up and then another level area with 6-10 rooms. The good thing is that I was able to enter from the parking lot to the level of my room. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage as well as the ubiquitous hot waffle and all the other usual things. I was totally comfortable and satisfied that I had gotten value for my dollar. If circumstances arose I would stay again. If you are looking for luxury or fancy, go somewhere else.
