Just a basic place to crash was clean very old place high security

The hotel is located in a really bad location, the place works like a motel you can hear everything thru the walls.

HORRIBLE...NO LIGHT BULBS IN LAMPS...NO HOT WATER...NO MICROWAVE...NO BLOW DRYER...OVERALL DORTY....AND GHETTO FELT VERY UNSAFE

Back in the day this was OK. Now old but well priced. Very noisy

The room we stayed has mice ,and we complained they charged extra $10 for new room.Staff is very Rude

I was terrified... police helicopters and transients outside of hotel. Unable to sleep

There was a rat in my room, water tasted like toilet water, bed is crazy stiff, location is in the ghetto

This hotel is very outdated and in an unsafe location.

I am unable to rate hotel because I was invited for some cousins at N Y. to expend my visit at their house. Thank you

Hotel management needs to up grade their amenities such as courtesy phone. Even though my stay at the hotel was comfortable the inconvenience of not having a door key to enter and exit the room was a problematic.

This is low budget. The type of place you are likely to find dug addicts and homeless people. We saw shaddy looking characters loitering outside the front door as we approached. While checking in a guest came down to complain that rats had eaten through his food. He showed us the evidence and we left immediately. I reported this to Orbitz. I told them it was not a safe place to stay. They told me they contacted the hotel and since I left for a reason not covered under the hotel policy I was not entitled to anything. My hope is that this review will spare others the same experience.

Couldn't make it to the hotel because of a flight delay. Called from the airport to cancel the reservation, but was told "no manager was available." Called the next day at 4:00 PM after work – "no manager available." Called the next day at 2:00 PM and was told that they would only refund 1 day. This crap excuse for a hotel should be avoided at all costs.

I would have rated the hotel much higher in cleanliness...if there weren't bed bugs all over the bed

It was somewhat bad and ok. No, I don't anything else to say about this hotel.

My stay was okay but could'very been better. The hallway smell of weed. People also hanging out front asking for money. I liked that the buses ran frequently.

This place is located in not so safe area and u have to pay extra 10 dollars and ket them drive in small lot every time u come in. Not so clean, no coffee machine, no ice machine, no coffee in the lobby. U can borrow an iron (but no iron board), and hair dryer if u ask them. Well, I won't stay here again. Willing to pay more to someplace else.

We were out all day and only come back to sleep . The room always clean and made when we came back.

Its even not a hotel. Is it room ? Is it bed ? It was the worst hotel i was being.

The hotel need more inprovement, bad neiver hood not recommended

I booked this hotel mainly because of location it was conveniently located exactly where I needed it to be. Besides location everything else was horrible the staff was rude, the building wasn't very clean, and the rooms were very outdated. It was so bad I couldn't even stay the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever step foot in there again.
